Beautiful design, really homely, warm, comforting. Has every amenity you could need and a fantastic support system! Really impressive rooftops. Absolutely love the office-style area and communal kitchen/living area. All flats are gorgeous, really light and warm

Super close to city centre, really up and coming area, close to transport links, lively and fun! Close to gym, supermarket…

I don’t think so, I think the viewing provided a great insight and the website is well equipped to deliver information
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Immediate responses and always extremely glad to help
I made a mistake living here. I would never live in a new build ever again.
– walls are not soundproof AT ALL. hope you hate quiet.
– build isn’t the best quality. there’s paint splatters on the floors. my bedroom door doesn’t close properly.
– we live underneath a communal space and it’s so noisy. we didn’t expect it to be 100% silent all the time, but we also didn’t expect parties happening until 3am on weeknights. management refuse to do anything about it.
– shared furniture is already broken
– coffee machine breaks every week
– there’s no way for guests/visitors to call your apartment on the intercom, they have to call reception and get let in by the concierge. then you have to come and collect them. This is a nuisance.
– sometimes deliveries don’t get delivered because of this reason – I get it’s impossible for the concierge to be there 100% of the time, but they do boast about their 24/7 concierge. And there should be another way for delivery drivers to leave deliveries.
– no one looks after the plants
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
– limited street parking in the area
– no shops/grocery stores within easy walking distance
– cars zooming by can be quite noisy
– bin room is so unhygienic it’s dangerous
– despite being kind of far away from the ‘cool’ part of digbeth, it’s still quite noisy
– hope you like abandoned buildings because they’re all around you

forget the facilities. Either you won’t like using them, or you won’t want to. And the management talked up how much free stuff they gave the residents. this pretty much stopped when more people moved in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Gutlessly. We raised issues about excessive noise happening until 3am on a weeknight. They told us they can’t control people.
Modern yet warm and homely apartment building
The building is a very attractive design with modern interior throughout the public areas. Despite the modern design the areas definitely have a warm and homely feel where it really makes you feel comfortable. There are three public kitchens which are often used. They are well stocked and with modern appliances, including a very fancy coffee tap in the main lobby kitchen.
The apartments them selves are also well equipped with modern appliances. The ceramics in the bathroom are not the best quality and the toilets have plastic toilet lids. I would have also included ethernet access points in the bedrooms as this is quite awkward. Especially as I use the second bedroom as an office. Plug access however, is plentiful, with plugs at every point you would need it.
The main issue i noticed as soon as i moved in was the garbage disposal system wasn’t very efficient. All of the bins provided were full and because of that people have started just leaving their rubbish on the floor in mounds, making it quite difficult to dispose of rubbish. I want to just say tho that it is a completely closed rubbish building, no ugly sights of rubbish everywhere from the outsides. The main grounds of the building are well kept.

Quite difficult to get to any large supermarket for shopping which means we have to order all of our food. The local bars and restaurants are very good though with an active nightlife. Parking is limited on the streets. Traffic is also quite loud and doesn’t die down at night.

The shower pressure is powerful with always hot water. The kitchen sink water pressure isn’t too strong however. The wifi is often not as fast as advertised.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We are yet to raise any issues however the process of maintenance is incredibly easy. Simply using an app to book it.
City living
The design of the building is truly beautiful! The rooftop areas and small breakout rooms are incredible. Really not a fan of not having an actual key or fob for the entry of the apartment/ building. The use of a card is really less than ideal as you can’t attach it to a Keyring etc so the amount of times you will leave the house without it is insane. Yes you can have it added to your phone via an app but a classic fob or key would 100% be my preference. Also, no one showed us where the bin store was so we just had to have a wonder around hoping to find it, but the neighbours are so friendly they showed me where I was going.

Great night life, good transport links and in the heart of digbeth where there is great food and drink options. Only downside is there is loads of road works going on so the usual 6am wake up call takes some getting used to.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
How early the road works start in the morning haha!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They tend to be very fast but again the whole set up of my key access on my phone took 3 separate visits to the reception for it to work.
Excellent Place to live
Excellent management team who is always responsive, nice design throughout the building and apartment and facilities, clean throghout, easy access to management team, approachable and nice, pet friendly, spacious work place in the building with meeting rooms

Lovely flats
Need to be cleaned more often in the elavators! And common areas- some sort of dirt splatted on the floor. Lovely new fresh design with modern features. Comfy bed and sofa ! Handles on fridge are a little flimsy maybe try a new design for these ! I got a furnished apartment and it’s great!

Just moved in and was so easy – everyone was so helpful. Was a little disappointed to se the elavators were dirty !

Not as of yet as I have only just moved in. Been great so far !
Great for families, young professionals and anyone looking for a chill living environment
Beautiful development, very modern interior. It’s very colourful in the communal areas which is a change from the usual depressing greyness you see with other developments as new as this one. The flats themselves have a lot of scope to add your own character so you aren’t locked into one specific style/ colour. A lot of amenities available, my favourite is the co-working space! Only thing we need is a gym lol but there are a load nearby including one less than a 5 minute walk away which I personally use

Pretty central location, as a uni student who commutes I only have to walk 10-15 minutes to the nearest major station! Great nightlife nearby but the actual development is in a quieter area which is refreshing. During the day there’s a decent amount of traffic on the main road but no issues from the evening onwards. Would highly recommend visiting the custard factory as there are a load of bars and restaurants overall no complaints here

wish we had been shown the coffee tap on our viewing but we were sold even without it!
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yep, we have a communal coffee machine which sometimes becomes faulty but most issues are resolved by EoD
There’s not a better place to live!
The design of the building is fantastic, gorgeous roof terraces, communal spaces with great books and coffee not to forget the work from home spaces available! More than you could ever need. The staff are incredible, so friendly and helpful, couldn’t find a better team if you tried!

Excellent accomodation!
Excellent residential apartment! Stunning facilities and designed with socialising as a priority. Lovely staff who instantly make you feel welcome. The property management so far seems very accommodating as its been very easy and hassle free to move in.

It’s great as it is so close to my office so only a quick walk away and very close to the city centre which is very convenient. The area is quite industrial but it is up and coming. One downside is there arnt any large supermarkets nearby. Plus the area is not the best for visitors because of permit holders only.

It would have been nice to know what council tax band it came under to assist with my monthly budget. However, since this is a new build its completly understandable to not know for certain yet.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They have seemed very approachable and understanding with my queries.
Amazing, 100% recommended renting from them
The design and the facilities are truly amazing and beautiful. My partner and I are already so happy with the facilities that we can’t wait to start using them.. The building management is truly wonderful, the whole team is really friendly and welcoming, they deal with any problems speed and caution.
