Absolutely love the place. Flat is amazing and the onsite staff and contractors are fantastic! Really great

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Absolutely spot on! Thank you guys. We needed a new boiler. Took a bit to get there but they put a huge one in. Also they fixed the faulty towel heater.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There were higher floors and same canal facing! However our room is huge so it’s hard to complain!

We absolutely love the area, right in the centre of Birmingham and yet still pretty peaceful and quiet. Transport links are brilliant. I work on the railway, so just having a short walk to New Street station is perfect for me! Whilst it does cost to park here, we definitely appreciate how secure the car park is and that there’s no way for non residents to access it.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, there was a leak coming from under the bath when we moved in. This was put right literally the next day!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

None at all, the whole experience has been perfect. Can’t fault anything!

It’s in a very calm area, but easy access to buses, metro and the city centre. Not much greenery but it’s a super pleasant.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, every time there is a maintenance issue the staff is super responsive.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Don’t understand estimate how practical it is to have a big bin room and a parcel collection system!

Close to city centre. Minutes away from Broad str, however it is quiet. Underground parking available on site for tenants which is a plus.

Maintenance issues addressed in a timely manner. Email responses are also promot

That my apartment had been fully renovated a few days before I moved it. It was a very pleasant surprise

Nice location 15-20 minutes walk to new street station, 15 mins to five ways station. Quiet neighbourhood with lovely views.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

No issues raised yet but the team so far is very responsive via whatsapp & calls.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish the process was smoother in terms of referencing and the 6 month upfront policy for students.
