Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Local shops and resteraunts have a good selection, including supermarkets within walking distance. Bin collection is what is expected in Birmingham at the moment - unless somewhere uses a private collection service it is all going to be pretty slow; but the bins are easy to get to and there is plenty of room. Even with the bins overflowing there is space. Being central Birmingham there is of course some loud noises late at night, people speeding down the street ect but it is not terrible as it doesnt get much if any traffic from broad street.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We noticed a few maintanance issues and they were quickly actioned after we raised them. One issue is ongoing but the team is updating us on the progress.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I with that I had realised how good the public transport links were. A car is absolutely not a necessity.

The flooring board in the toilet keep leaking water. Sherborne place team help us to send people to fix up quickly and keep following up the status.

Sherborne place team are great, Marwela, Charlotte and Jo are nice and friendly, they help us a lot for all the issues when we living here.

We have been living here for almost two years. Sherborne place is renowned for delivering amazing service and great places we recommend peoples to move in.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here puts you right in the centre of everything. It’s just a 2-3 minute walk to Cineworld and Starbucks, plus a great selection of restaurants and bars within the same short distance. The convenience is unmatched, everything you need is on your doorstep. Transport links are excellent, making it easy to get around Birmingham and beyond. Despite being so central, the area feels well managed and comfortable. Parking is generally manageable, bin collections are reliable, and there are no major issues with anti social behaviour. It’s city living without the usual stress.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
When we reported an issue with the toilet seat not fitting properly through the ILA app, it was resolved within three days. The process was straightforward and efficient. Communication was clear, and the issue was handled without any unnecessary delays. Overall, the response was professional and easy to navigate.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Overall, the facilities are strong, but one thing I would have liked to know in advance is that there isn’t a dedicated treadmill in the gym area. Adding one would significantly enhance the fitness offering for residents. Without it, some of us consider joining an external gym. Aside from that, the experience here has been very positive.

Sherborne is situated in a lovely quiet area of Birmingham but is minutes walk along the canals to Brindley Place. The facilities are kept very clean. Secure underground parking is offered for a small monthly charge. We couldn’t have picked a nicer area to call home.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
We’ve had only minor issues, but have always received a positive response. The team have been amazing to make sure my daughter and I are happy and comfortable. Always responded to promptly.

The apartments are so clean and well maintained, there are no little surprises. The people here are what make it so wonderful.

I’ve been going through letting processes but this has to be the best of the best. Very seamless, well structured and staff MANUELA SUAREZ was so helpful too, she helped with all through the process and grateful for her help.
