The building is in outstanding condition and meticulously maintained. The views across London and the South East are simply breathtaking, offering beauty at all hours of the day. The on-site junior development manager is truly exceptional, always ready to assist with any need. Her approachable nature and warm presence make everyone feel welcome and at ease. With her living on-site it helps to bring the community together and builds a very good neighbourhood atmosphere.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The building is very close to the station with easy access to the south coast and Central London. The on-site parking is very good and kept very clean and tidy. The views are fabulous and on a sunny day you can see for miles. A fantastic choice of cafes and restaurants are within easy reach of the flats.

Residents only gym and a gated underground car park

Honestly worst management I’ve ever seen in my life. Some members of staff are more invested in parties and getting drinks and dinner with the residents than keeping the building safe and answer the residents requests. You will never get an answer that you need, but sure if you post something on social media they will quickly call you and remove you from the group. I waited weeks for an answer regarding the car park and nothing but sure, inviting the residents to go for a swim seems to be more appropriate. What a shame! The previous management was undeniably more professional. Do better

No street parking, the building car park is over £2000 a year, not worth it. There is a lot of traffic and noise.
