Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Positives: A Co-Op which was open and useable during a very long period of water contamination, and had the convenience items we needed. Everything else remains a negative.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had known the design and what it entailed. I wish I had noticed the differences before taking the step to sign a tenancy. Lesson learnt.
What is the best feature of your home:
There was quite literally none. It was absolute hell.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The area is modern looking but also has a lot of green areas. We get on very well with our neighbours and there is a good sense of community. As there aren’t any parking restrictions at the moment it means people do take liberties, although it doesn’t affect us often.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Our house was delayed and had we been given more notice this would have saved us a lot of time and energy.
What is the best feature of your home:
Our house is spacious and has enough space for my partner and I to work from home whilst enjoying space to entertain.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Marleigh Park is ideally situated at the edge of Cambridge city in the CB5 area, which offers a fantastic blend of convenience and tranquility. One of the standout features of the location is the small Coop shop right in the community, making it incredibly easy to pick up everyday essentials without having to venture far. Additionally, there's a charming family-owned Italian restaurant nearby that adds a delightful culinary option for residents. Transportation is a breeze, with the PR2 bus providing a direct route to Cambridge city center from the Newmarket Road Park and Ride. This makes commuting or enjoying the vibrant city life effortless. The Cambridge retail park is just a short 7-minute drive away, offering a variety of stores and amenities. The accessibility and local conveniences make Marleigh Park an attractive place to live, blending the best of urban and suburban life. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the location!
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Most of the neighbours living in Marleigh Park are professionals in different fields and they are all very friendly and helpful. A very peaceful and safe place to live and raise a family.
What is the best feature of your home:
Underfloor heating on the ground floor, air source heat pump. High specifications of kitchen and bathrooms are included. Very modern design architecture in Scandinavian style.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Marleigh Estate itself is a quiet, peaceful, and cosy community that offers a welcoming atmosphere and a true sense of home. Together, Hill Development and the Marleigh Estate deliver not just well-built houses, but a high-quality lifestyle that homeowners can truly appreciate.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I would purchase a 3 or 4 bedroom house instead of a 2 bedroom one after finding that Marleigh is such a suitable place for a family growth. I would like to live together with my son and his future family
What is the best feature of your home:
My favorite feature of my home is the skylight in the first-floor hallway, which fills the space with natural light and creates a warm, uplifting atmosphere. Combined with the quiet and cosy environment of the estate, it makes everyday living peaceful, relaxing, and truly enjoyable.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Great location, just a stone throw away from Cambridge city centre but secluded enough to feel like we live in a small cosy village.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Coming from a flat we didn’t quite know how to care about our garden at first but we quickly learned and now it’s our beautiful little oasis full of green grass , shrubs and trees.
What is the best feature of your home:
Spacious garage and garden, excellent thermal insulation, builder fitted solar panels!
