Great location, all the grocery shops and restaurant are within 5 mins walk. The train station is also very close and has direct connectivity to London. Some bad aspects are bin chute braking quite often, but kudos to management team who acts fast and try to make the repair promptly.

Please review your development:

Design wise the apartment should have included gym or swimming pool kind of facilities. In bathroom, the bathtub size should have been bigger. Apart from these, the overall aesthetic of flat is quite good, the balcony is of good size and the cosy area along with work from home pods are great facilities included in the apartment. The property management team is very helpful and try to resolve all the issues promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The door management system needs improving and the social events are great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management team is very responsive and are very helpful in resolving any issues raised with them.

The fact it’s dog friendly is a game changer

Review Date Mar 2024

I am very happy in fizzy, I genuinely see us living here for a life time, beautiful building. And the fact it’s dog friendly is a game changer

Please review your development:

Very stylish, everyone I had come in to visit me has commented on how clean and tidy the building is and very proud to live somewhere like this. Can’t fault Mishel he’s a very nice character with a charming personality and makes everything lighter no matter the issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing Mishel is the life and soul of this building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My parents lived in this building for 11 years, when I visited them over years I always heard negative feedback about the guys down stairs however we and my family think Mishel is a great character me and my husband and dog see him as part of the family. Whenever we need anything he’s there completely understanding and he’s patience is great. He made the move for us very smooth especially with a new born, he’s office is always open and he’s very welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble

The apartments have an excellent design

The Marches development in Woking is situated in the town centre which gives it an excellent location. It has very easy access to a variety of shops including supermarkets, grocery stores, clothing, shoes and a number of restaurants & pubs including the major brands. The railway station and the bus stand are less than 5 minutes walking distance away. The building residents can use the parking space of the next door shopping mall on a paid basis.

Please review your development:

The apartments have an excellent design. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The balconies are also quite big. The full length double glass windows provide entry of ample light while also giving an excellent insulation to the apartment. The inhouse facilities management team is available to cater to any requirements. The common area on the top floor of both the buildings has excellent facility for working as well as socialising.
One of the drawback of the building is that there is no dedicated pick-up or drop-off point for vehicles. The building doesn’t have any dedicated parking space but uses the attached, council controlled, shopping mall parking where the residents can puchase parking permits from the council.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The Marches building looks quite impressive from the outside and is equally impressive from the inside too. The thick outer walls and the double glazed glass windows provide a very good insulation to the apartments even in the very cold winters.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management team maintains the common area and responds to specific queries of the residents.

For me personally the great aspect of living with fizzy in Epsom is the instant access to the town centre and the train station.

Please review your development:

The layout and all facilities personally are very well kept. The management of the building couldn’t be any better. They are all absolutely exceptional. The responses to any issues are instant. They make sure that they work around our schedule when it comes to the simplest of maintenance issues.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How comfortable and welcoming every tenant and employee is.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any issue that would be raised whether it would be regarding maintenance or in general any facilities, everything has been dealt with very quickly without any problems.
