The property is very nice. Very good lay out of the flat and excellent views on our balcony. The management team are very helpful and responsive to our queries and requests. An easy to use app is also very helpful to see updates about our requests, parcel collection, and event announcements.

The design is perfect! I love the look and feel of the place, it's very cosy and homey but also modern - but without getting in your way! I found living at The Marches very comfortable. The fact that you can just go up to the 33rd floor, enjoy the views and have some quiet time on your own to work or just to relax is priceless!!

Design wise the apartment should have included gym or swimming pool kind of facilities. In bathroom, the bathtub size should have been bigger. Apart from these, the overall aesthetic of flat is quite good, the balcony is of good size and the cosy area along with work from home pods are great facilities included in the apartment. The property management team is very helpful and try to resolve all the issues promptly.

The apartments have an excellent design. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished. The balconies are also quite big. The full length double glass windows provide entry of ample light while also giving an excellent insulation to the apartment. The inhouse facilities management team is available to cater to any requirements. The common area on the top floor of both the buildings has excellent facility for working as well as socialising. One of the drawback of the building is that there is no dedicated pick-up or drop-off point for vehicles. The building doesn't have any dedicated parking space but uses the attached, council controlled, shopping mall parking where the residents can puchase parking permits from the council.

Having just moved into the block, I give a very current review. My moving in process was made seem less and very stress free. The induction answered all of my questions. The flat is finished to such a high degree, I love it. I had heard there were sometimes issues with the lifts and bin chutes, but so far so good. The building is safe, clean and always staffed. Lina from the leasing team and Ashleigh from reception have been particular helpful to me, which I’m really grateful about. The flats are built so well, my flat is always warm. I’ve yet needed to put the heating on which is a bonus! I’m also yet to hear any noise/movement from neighbours, so sound insulation is also very good.
