Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is excellent and very convenient, with plenty of shops, restaurants and amenities within easy reach. Transport links are also very good, making it easy to get around Manchester. The surrounding area feels modern and well maintained, and I have generally found it pleasant and safe to live here. Like most central locations, it can occasionally get busy, but overall the convenience of the area easily outweighs this.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Whenever I have needed assistance, the building team, Ngosi & Ryan have been approachable, responsive and willing to help. The reception and security staff in particular are always available and make a genuine effort to resolve queries or point residents in the right direction.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would probably have liked to know beforehand just how helpful the on-site team would be. Having a good reception and security presence makes much more of a difference to day-to-day living than you might appreciate during an initial viewing. The location is also extremely convenient once you actually start living here.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The location is a big plus: you are right in the heart of Woking, with all the shops and the train station just a few minutes' walk away. You can be in London Waterloo just 30 minutes after leaving your flat!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The team is doing a great job! I have always found them responsive, helpful, kind, and willing to assist whenever an issue was reported.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The garbage disposal system can be prone to malfunction if not used properly, but this is simply a matter of residents following the clear guidelines provided.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

My housemate and I have recently moved into The Marches and so far we have absolutely loved it! It’s such a great location for the local shops, train station and the bus stop.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a few little maintenance requests after moving in but the team were great at sorting these out for us immediately or the next working day. They’re also great at updating us throughout this process on the residents app which is very handy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We’ve not been here for that long so can’t think of anything yet! Just really enjoying it so far and exploring the local area around our new home.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It is the most amazing location with the train station round the corner and every shop you could ask for being in the heart of Woking - also my university was a two minute walk.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a very efficient way of organising repairs, and there is always someone from reception available to help you out - e.g if you’ve left your key in your flat or simply need a question answered.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The top floor is not to be taken for granted - most of the time, very few people are there - so make the absoute most of the breathtaking views and beautiful space.

Good location great views ease of parking, nice lounge lot of fun activities, wish there was better options for the bin system

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Quick response to most of the issues raised and problems were fixed well

The challenge with garbage disposal and good one is the events was a nice surprise
