Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There are a number of positive aspects of residing in the local area. Among the best are the amazing scenic views of the surrounding town, forests and parks. The locality of quality shops, a state of the art cinema and theatre are accompanied by a range of good restaurants, not to mention accessibility to the new 5 star internationally reputed Hilton Hotel. The cleanliness of the area is to a high standard and maintained well, which means residents enjoy a secure, aesthetic and safe neighbourhood.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

On the few occasions when we have experienced technical or other minor issues, and flagged them up to the building management, they have responded immediately and resolved each of them in a timely manner.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I'd known about the accommodation slightly early to have had the opportunity of living in the larger of the 2 bed apartments.

The location of The Marches is great, it’s an easy commute into London as well as other destinations for my work in particular. Good variation of shops and restaurants in the area too.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always very quick to respond to any issue, Pedro is always extremely helpful and friendly when attending an issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I am happy with where I live overall, the marches is the best and nicest apartments in Woking.

Good: location, security, quiet, friendly neighbourhood Bad: not a lot of options when it comes to restaurants

Management responded very quickly to resolve the issues.

Didn’t know that maintenance would be included in the cost of rent.

The flat, socials, the view are very nice. Bin chutes getting blocked every now and then is quite annoying

promptly and very helpful. Scatmans world skibibidodododadada just more filler here

Plenty of shops with an excellent choice of food and drink. Not as many nice bars as Guildford. Very convenient rail links.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Generally prompt and helpful. Always friendly. Sometimes a bit delayed when busy.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heating and cooling app is terrrible and barely functional.
