Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Convenient. Its near the train station and shops. There is communal space for work and chill and affordable social events.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There was some water marks on my walls. The team quickly responded to my request regarding inspection and improvement. During the maintenance work, I was offered to stay in another room for the sake of my health. The staff Ryan was very friendly and helped me move my stuff. They fixed the damage in a week. The team was thoughtful and cleaned the mess afterwards.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Orientation session. Discounts for local shops. Local views

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Good range of local shops and restaurants; both chain and independent. Very close to bus and substantial train links. Multiple multi-storey car parks within a few minutes' walk. Some noise from train lines, only noticeable with windows open.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Responded immediately and resolved even minor issues quickly and professionally, and left no mess. Very professional and friendly.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Standing charge costs. Where to take cardboard. That there's internal access to the car parks.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
We’re really happy living here. The area has a great range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants within walking distance, as well as lovely parks nearby for relaxing or walking. A lot of dog friendly places! Transport links are good and very convenient, making commuting easy. Our street feels safe and friendly, with reliable bin collections and minimal noise. Parking can occasionally be limited, but overall it’s a fantastic place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has always responded promptly and professionally to any issues we’ve raised. Communication is clear, and problems are resolved efficiently, which gives us confidence and peace of mind.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
One thing we wish we had known before moving in is how friendly and welcoming the community is - it’s something you don’t fully appreciate during a viewing. We have a lot of interesting events with or without our pets. We have some sport activity in the building as well. So, it is wonderful - love this part!

Hi Sumeet, Thank you for your fantastic 5 star review. We’re delighted to hear that you’re enjoying the convenient location, the views from your balcony and being part of the community at The Marches. It’s great to know that the facilities, events and overall environment have made your experience a positive one. Ryan will be especially pleased to hear your kind words about his work — we’ll be sure to pass this on to him. We’re also glad that our team has been able to respond quickly whenever you’ve needed support. Thank you again for your recommendation and for being part of our community. Thanks, Zaida & The Marches Team.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living here has a lot of advantages. The location is excellent as it is right in the centre of town, which makes everything very convenient. There is a shopping mall next to the building, offering a wide range of shops, supermarkets, cafés and restaurants, so daily essentials and leisure options are easily accessible. There are also several bars and open public spaces within walking distance, which adds to the lively atmosphere of the area. Transport links are very good. The train station and bus station are both within walking distance, making commuting or travelling to other areas simple and convenient. This is especially helpful for those who do not drive. Parking is available in the shopping centre and can be accessed directly through the building, which is very practical. However, being in the town centre can sometimes mean more traffic and occasional noise. Overall, it is a convenient and vibrant place to live with excellent access to amenities and transport.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The maintenance team is also very responsive. Whenever there is an issue in the flat, it’s easy to report it and get assistance quickly. One time there was a power cut in my flat and I called reception for help. The staff were very patient and talked me through checking the fuse box step by step. They explained how to locate the switch and simply flip it back up to restore the power. It was resolved quickly, and I really appreciated how calm, helpful and supportive they were.
