Our family rented a two-bedroom apartment at Fizzy Epsom for a few months and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location was ideal, with the apartments conveniently situated next to the train station. Epsom is a lovely area with a great selection of nearby shops, restaurants, and gyms, making it easy to have everything you need close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Promptly and if there was an issue they would offer a suitable solution.

When we were looking for a place to stay, we were unsure about choosing Fizzy Epsom. However, it exceeded our expectations, and we can confidently say that it was the best decision we could have made.

Positives: 1. Excellent transport links: Epsom Station is within walking distance with trains to London in under 40 minutes, making commuting very convenient 2. Diverse dining and shopping: Wide range of local shops, restaurants, cafés, pubs and take-outs within walking distance (Asian, Oriental, Mediterranean, Continental cuisines) 3. Green spaces nearby: Beautiful parks like Epsom Downs, Horton Country Park and Nonsuch Park perfect for walks and relaxation 4. Vibrant town centre: The Ashley Centre shopping area and lively atmosphere with plenty to do Community events with regular farmers' markets (first Sunday of each month), the famous Epsom Derby and town square markets create an electric atmosphere 5. Safe and secure area: Strong community feel with friendly neighbours 6. Car not essential: Everything within walking distance means you can save on petrol costs Challenges: 1. Parking challenges: Limited paid parking spaces available; dedicated parking comes at an extra monthly cost, visitor parking is very limited 2. Noise from station/traffic: Can be noisy if windows are left open, especially for flats overlooking the station (though fine when windows are closed) 3. Quieter nightlife: Only a challenge if you are a party animal as nightlife is not as extensive as the big city though there are cosy pubs and some lively spots 4. Commuting after midnight: Can be difficult getting back from London late at night 5. Competitive housing costs: Being in a sought-after location means higher rental prices 6. Traffic during peak hours: Can get a bit busy occasionally

Most residents wished they had known MORE about all the positive aspects as the facilities are even better than they look in photos and the community spirit genuinely adds so much value to the living experience!

Fizzy Epsom is situated in an excellent location, with the train station located within the same building (accessible via a separate entrance) and a variety of shops located just a few steps away. The central location can result in some noise during peak hours; however, the double-glazed windows help reduce sound from the trains and the surrounding area.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Given the building’s age and normal wear and tear, we’ve faced both major and minor issues in our flat. Michel and Rogan have worked tirelessly to resolve everything quickly and efficiently. Rogan, in particular, takes pride in his work and approaches every task with perfection, ensuring the highest standards are met. The team’s professionalism, dedication, and genuine care make life at Fizzy Epsom seamless and worry-free—truly making a difference every day.

I didn’t encounter any surprises when moving in. I know the area well, and Michel was so thorough during the viewing—honest, knowledgeable, and really made everything straightforward.

Living in this area has been a great experience overall. There are plenty of local shops, cafés and nice restaurants within walking distance, and green spaces are close by for a quick walk or fresh air. Transport connections are very convenient, with reliable buses and easy access to the city centre. Our building facilities are a big plus — we have a modern lobby and a games room that make the community feel more social and comfortable. Parking is manageable, and bin collections are regular. Occasionally it can get a little busy at peak hours, but nothing too disruptive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management has been very responsive whenever I’ve raised an issue. They acknowledge requests quickly and follow up with clear communication until everything is resolved. Overall, I’ve found them professional, helpful and attentive to residents’ needs. Thanks to Rogen and Michel one more time.

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is just how active and friendly the community is. It’s definitely a building where people enjoy using the shared spaces and socializing, especially in the games room and lobby. It’s a great perk, but something you don’t truly notice from a quick viewing. I’d recommend new neighbours take part in the community events and make the most of the facilities — they really add to the living experience here.

Living near Epsom Station is a mixed bag, but mostly in a good way. The best part, without a doubt, is the train station itself. I mean, you can get into London in under 40 minutes, which is a lifesaver if you're a commuter. It's so convenient that you barely even need a car. Plus, the town center is right there. You've got all the shops you could want at The Ashley Centre and tons of restaurants and pubs to choose from. It just feels lively and there's always something going on. And even though you're in the middle of a busy town, you're not far from some amazing green spaces like Epsom Downs, which is perfect for a weekend walk. That amazing convenience and lively atmosphere mean you're in a highly sought-after location. The competitive housing market is a sign that this is a great place to be, and while costs reflect that, you're investing in an incredibly connected and vibrant lifestyle. The buzz of the town is a constant reminder that you're at the heart of the action, not isolated on the outskirts. Plus, when it comes to parking, there are some great options available, including under croft and external facilities, often for an extra and very affordable cost. This means you can have a vehicle if you need one, while still enjoying the benefit of having everything else within easy walking distance. It’s the perfect blend of convenience and choice.

Together, Michel and Rogan make an unbeatable team. Michel is the friendly, proactive face of the building, while Rogan is the reliable, expert problem-solver behind the scenes. Their collaborative approach means that the building is not only a beautiful place to live but also runs flawlessly. They don't just manage a property; they nurture a community. It's their hard work and care that have made my time here so special. I couldn't recommend Fizzy Epsom more highly.

Beyond the building, the location in Epsom is a huge draw. The town is surprisingly vibrant and has so much to offer. I love the regular markets in the town square, especially the Farmers' Market held on the first Sunday of every month, which is packed with local produce. While the nightlife isn't as extensive as a big city, there are plenty of cozy pubs and a few lively spots like Fever to enjoy on a weekend. The nearby parks and attractions, such as Horton Country Park and Nonsuch Park, provide beautiful green spaces for walks and relaxation. And, of course, the town comes alive for the annual Epsom Derby, a world-famous horse race at Epsom Downs. This event, along with the numerous markets and local attractions, attracts tens of thousands of people each year, creating an electric atmosphere that's so much fun to be a part of.
