Fizzy Epsom is on top of Epsom Station with rain free access. There is a friendly vibrant group of residents in the block who attend frequent social events organised by Michel. It is great to meet other residents and welcome new neighbours. Michel makes living here a joy

Modern design and quality management

The design of the development is modern and functional, and the architectural style is in harmony with the surrounding environment. The comprehensive facilities, including a gym, swimming pool and community center, greatly enhance the quality of life of residents. The building management team is professional and efficient, ensuring the cleanliness and safety of common areas. The property management is also very good, and promptly solves the problems and needs of residents. Overall, the design and management here show a high level of professionalism, providing residents with a comfortable and convenient living environment.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The quality of life in my area is generally good. The local shops, restaurants and bars are varied and high quality, meeting everyday needs. Open spaces such as parks and green areas provide good recreational opportunities for residents. Transport links are good, with public transport being frequent and reliable, but sometimes crowded at peak times. The streets are in good living conditions, with parking spaces generally plentiful and rubbish collections being timely. Antisocial behaviour is generally low, but there is occasional traffic noise.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management was very responsive and professional to any issues I had. They were always able to provide solutions within a short period of time, which gave me great satisfaction and peace of mind.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Before moving in, I wish I had known that parking spaces need to be requested in advance, which can be a bit stressful at times. Also, there are frequent community activities on weekends, which, while lively, may affect people who need a quiet environment. Overall, these are minor issues that can be managed.

More outdoor space

I am very satisfied with my room. The indoor space and equipment is good and wonderful now. But outdoor space is limited and reconstruction now. So please do some reconstruction work for outdoor space, Like small garden or any place for pet and kids.

This is amazing place to live. The train station ,tesco express and costa is downstairs. Very close to town center. Only a few minutes to Epsom shopping mall. Super convenient to live there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Michel is an amazing manager!!! Very supportive and helpful! Organized so many interesting activities. Make our place very warm and comfortable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Fizzy is good place for students, especially in Epsom. Please provide some information aim to students. Like council tax, discount of bill or any information for students.

Living in the Fizzy Epsom development has been a fantastic experience overall. The design of the apartments is modern and well thought-out, providing a comfortable living space. The facilities are excellent, including a well-maintained communal area and a convenient coffee machine. One of the highlights of living here has been the outstanding property management. Michel, in particular, is the best manager I’ve encountered. His dedication and hard work have brought significant positive changes to the apartments. Michel has created a communal activity area that has enhanced the sense of community among residents. His flexible and attentive approach ensures that any issues are swiftly resolved, making living here even more enjoyable. Overall, the development offers excellent value and a high quality of living.

the range and quality of local shops, restaurants, and bars are excellent. There’s a diverse selection of eateries offering various cuisines, and several shops cater to daily needs. The area also boasts beautiful open spaces and parks, which are perfect for relaxation and outdoor activities.

There's nothing that needs to be changed that I'm happy with.

I think the building management and property management is quite good. Our community manager, Michel, is always very friendly and helpful. Since the moment we decided to move to this building he has been very collaborative with us and he has looked after every aspect of our stay at this building. As soon as we need something we ask to him and immediately he and Rogan, who is the maintenance technician sort it out. They have always good actitud and give us a nice smile. The building has many facilities. It has a meet place where you can drink coffee, grab biscuits, watch TV and lay on the sofas to chat with your neighbors. Also, Michel has made fun activities in order to make sure we meet the neighbors and enjoy this place. Michel has been such a nice person with me and my whole family. We are really happy to having him because he is a person who resolves any problem and at the same time he has the best actitud with everyone.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

I think this building is located in a really good area. We have everything near! I’m a full time mom of a little baby and I love to live here because I grab the pram, put my baby on it and we can go whatever we need in minutes. Epsom is a nice place where you can have all that you need of a town such as local shops, supermarkets, restaurants, shopping center, the train station and at the same time, it has beautiful greens spaces and parks around. My street is quiet and clean. The only problem that I can see I would be the parking because it is not in the building so when we get off the car with the baby’s stuff or the supermarket bags is not convenient.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

He has responded 100% efficient and helpful. No complains about this.

We really love that you can find near to London a place which is refurnished, it has many great facilities, the community is nice and welcoming, it is located in the central of a town, it is pet friendly, it has a nice roof top and a perfect place where you can live with children!
