Yes always. Issues are dealt with professionally and at a convenient time

Epsom is a great area to live in especially if you want to start a family everything is a walk distance from where the building is you don’t feel the need to drive

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within hours to fix any issues I have rogan has come over

The great party’s they host just wish they done more things for the young ones

Epsom is wonderful place. The high street is busy and there are very few vacant properties. There are very few what I call "nonsense" shops, and you typically find well known establishments (think Wagamama and Gail's). Trainline going into Victoria, Waterloo and London Bridge is very convenient. The area is relatively clean and tidy and I have not witnessed much in the way of antisocial behaviour.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Michel is very responsive, but I have had nothing to complain about thus far.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing springs to mind for this. I like to think I am well informed when moving home.

The local area is one that is vibrant and offers great access and transport to London and beautiful Surrey countryside. The town itself is normally bustling especially in the Spring and Summer. The street can be noisy but that is no surprise bearing in mind the location. I wouldn’t say this is a negative.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Rogan in property management is always quick to resolve any issues raised, whether ir not it’s him or someone else resolving the problem. To report any issue is quick and easy and the works are always completed to a high standard

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I think that Fizzy Epsom is so much more than a place to live, it really is a mini community where everybody is made to feel welcome and safe!

Adore living . Amazing view of London. Great selection of restaurants and shops. Everything you would need is within a 5 minute walk. City centre so some noise expected on a weekend evening but nothing bad!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Within a few hours! Nothing is a problem. Super lucky.
