Wonderful tenancy

Review Date Apr 2024

Honestly I would say that the spot of Moda is in an “efficient” place. The aspect of having a Sainsbury’s, the market, the BUS STATION, AND A HUGE MALL, right next to it makes it an S tier spot. As I was previously living in LS2, this made me realize how comfortable and convenient it is to have moved here.
Negatives could just include some tenants being annoying and leaving some trash here and there but it is immediately cleaned up.

Please review your development:

The establishment was wonderful to be a tenant in.
The place felt unique and luxurious, the bed was amazing to sleep on and helped a lot with my back problems. The shower was also one of my favorite touches.
The staff at the establishment were always very friendly and helpful when it came to some of the problems I encountered.
It was a wonderful experience and I would definitely recommend it to future colleagues.
One memorable staff member was Shari as she prepared me mentally for the end of tenancy and took care of the apartment’s deal after I left.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How much electricity the heater can cost was baffling for me but it was alright.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Immediately and with efficiency.
Usually making sure I was contacted for everything to go smoothly and giving a 1 day notice beforehand.

A lovely place to live

Review Date Apr 2024

The Junction is a short walk from Wellington Street and close to a number of bars/restaurants and a Sainsbury’s as well as the train station. The building feels very safe and secure with 24 hour reception. Even though it’s close to the train line, I have never had any problems with noise.

Please review your development:

My one bed apartment feels very spacious with lots of storage. It’s thoughtfully designed and has been furnished beautifully.

In terms of communal areas, there are two comfortable co-working spaces with free coffee and bookable meeting rooms. The outdoor spaces include a gym area, dog park and green space with tables.

The staff – especially Matthew, Polly and Abby – are so kind and welcoming, along with the manager Lisa. The maintenance team are also very helpful.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I would’ve know the gym would not be completed.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The few issues I’ve had have been handled appropriately.

Bad – no vending machines or van pop up. Feels like we are far away from the shops when need something

Please review your development:

Facilities are good. Would be helpful if the security doors were locked at night instead of being left open. Anyone could just climb over if they really wanted to. This seems to have not been acknowledged. The events are not very well advertised!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew the meeting rooms are always booked.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes the repair team are very good. They’re helpful

Manager Response

Dear resident,

Thank you for taking the time to complete a review; I truly appreciate your feedback.

I would love the opportunity to meet and delve deeper into your comments to better understand how we can improve. Your insights are invaluable in helping us enhance our services.

As you may have noticed from our recent communications, we have an exciting mini-market coming up in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for updates! Hopefully, this addition will make your trips to the local Sainsbury’s in Wellington Place less frequent.

Our meeting rooms are fully bookable via the residents’ app or by contacting our front desk directly. Feel free to book in advance to secure your spot.

I’m disappointed to hear that we may have fallen short of your expectations. Please reach out to me directly or via reception so we can arrange a meeting to discuss your concerns in detail.

Looking forward to connecting with you soon!

Warm regards
