Close to transport links and town. Well maintained. Bit of a walk to the main reception which is frustrating for parcels such as hello fresh that cannot be delivered to your door

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Wi-Fi is included in the property. Ours Wi-Fi inconsistently doesn’t work so wouldn’t be great if you work from home. We contacted Ask4 the Wi-Fi provider and they were beyond helpful. Ask4 identified that there was a fault with our cabling and that it was the responsibility of management to fix this issue to ultimately resolve our Wi-Fi issues. They sent out an engineer who didn’t come at the agreed time on FixFlo. The maintenance man seemed irritated at the fact he needed to help and just plugged a wire from our TV into the Ethernet. This actually worsened the Wi-Fi situation. The maintenance worker went on to state that he hadn’t even been briefed regarding what was required of him to fix. He stated he would be back the next morning to sort this and hasn’t returned to the issue in weeks. We don’t even want him to bother.

All the above about the poor customer service. It’s a lot of money for a terrible service

Your comments highlight areas where we must improve, and we are genuinely grateful for your honesty. Firstly, regarding the parcel issue, we apologise for the distress this has caused. Despite our team undertaking a thorough search and reaching out to ParcelSafePlace to assist, it has not been possible to locate it. We understand how frustrating this must be and regret that this wasn’t better communicated to you at the time. Regarding the rent payment process, we appreciate your feedback. While direct debit set-up times can vary, we recognise that clearer guidance at the outset would have helped to prevent confusion and inconvenience and we are working to improve this. We are also sorry to hear about the Wi-Fi difficulties and the unsatisfactory maintenance experience. The fault with the cabling has been escalated, and we are liaising with our maintenance partner Nirvana, to ensure the correct next steps are taken promptly and professionally. While we regret that your start has been difficult, we hope to restore your confidence in the service and support we strive to provide. close to leeds city centre, there is a tesco express nearby. quite an industrial area, still under development. parking availability is not good - on waiting list for car park space at the development it is quiet round here. some traffic noise but not much

only issue is the dandara app which doesn;t seem to work for me

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the south facing flats look out onto a derelict car park , if that's something that matters i.e. what view you have from your flat

Modern apartments with great amenities and fab support team

Lots of positive features including full length balcony, parcel service, friendly and attentive team, sound proof apartments. Having a gym and parcel room on site is great & super convenient. The only downside so far is that parking is on a waiting list system, however the team have been helpful in finding alternative parking in the meantime.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I raised an issue with my sink plug and it was swiftly resolved.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known the length of time a parking space would take to secure (almost 3 months from sign up). Whilst I appreciate this is outside of the team’s control, I’d advise planning in advance if parking is a key factor for you.

We have been here 6 weeks and the location and facilities are excellent. It’s perfect for the city with the train station and transport links 5 minutes walk yet peaceful and calm within the development

The maintenance team James who has visited a couple of times act quickly to respond to any issues

Everything was explained clearly during viewing - a little more detail regarding internet upgrades and additional service providers would have been useful

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Had a brilliant 3 years at Leodis Square. Close to city centre so was quick and easy for me to get to work, but just far away enough it was away from the city centre noise. 1 minute in the car and you have access on to the motorway for all directions so great for me getting out of Leeds on a weekend. Had my car in the underground car park so was secure and safe, and never an issue. The building is kept in good condition, I needed very little repairs and work done over my 3 years but every interaction I had with the front desk and maintenance team was perfect. Jim Paxton on the maintenance team was great, quick to respond to any issues, hassle free and work done without a hitch. Even the day I was moving in he saw me carrying these massive guitar amps from the street and he gave me a trolley and helped with a couple of runs! Great person to have on the team.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Had very little issues, through the summer and balconies with the fresh doors open was a little noisy compared to the winter but a nice community feel. Over the 3 years I had less than 4 noise complaints with people and late music but a call to the front desk and was promptly dealt with.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Why I hadn’t found it or heard of it sooner! I annoyingly rented a flat in the city centre for 6 months before finding Leodis Square.
