Amazing place to live for young adult

Good facilities in the building, such as the concierge who is really friendly, great service.
love the view from my room, great for house plants with the big windows. Lay out of kitchen is good, easy to cook.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Proximity to aldi is very handy. The canal is right next door, nice for walks. Northern quarter is round the corner with the best bars in Manchester.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Windows dont open very far, gets quite hot as im in the top rooms.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Responsive, understanding and flexible would recommend

Modern with great location

Our apartment is nice and open compared to the top ones which are smaller inside. Kitchen appliances are nice and new and work really well. But the washer and dryer are not the best. Location definitely the best thing about it.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Everything is easily accessible, also its not right in the centre so not too noisy

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Quite hard to get your guests coming in due to the bluetooth key system.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Nothing, estate agent was great and everything as it seems

Expensive but trendy

High spec appliances and gorgeous floor to ceiling windows. Everything is nice and new and the colour scheme is really nice. Concierge is nice and the post room is handy and high tech. I found the Bluetooth keys although novel, they often glitches or didn’t work . The living room area for residents is dead and you can’t use the TV because there isn’t a licence for it. There’s not really anywhere to hang out and there’s no residents events like they promised. Very expensive for what you get.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Amazingly close to the gym, Aldi and the train station. Great to get on to the canal too. Beautiful building inside and out. Near to parking

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How bad the landlord would be to deal with. That the coffee machine isn’t free as promised so never gets used. That maintence takes months.

What is the best feature of your home:

Floor to ceiling windows are beautiful and great for people watching

Issues with bins

The building is very secure with the fob system, there can be issues with tailgating but overall i feel very safe. I like the colours of the flats. The main issue is that the bin storage area closes when it gets dark

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I love how central this location is, it is close to lots of shopping areas. There is nothing i dislike

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known about the bin storage closing when it gets dark, particularly an issue in winter

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are generally really good but nothing has been done about the bins
