Very convenient area and I feel very safe walking around even at night. There are multiple grocery stores and a TK Maxx. The food court is also fantastic and is filled with delicious, affordable, and diverse food options.

Please review your development:

Very nice finishes and very cozy. It’s well-designed and functional for modern living. The coworking space is great for those who work from home, and we get free coffee! The design is very nice with built-in furniture in every single unit. The air conditioning and heater works very well, and all the utilities and internet are included in the rent.

The management team knows everyone personally and is very responsive. They really care about the tenants and try to create the best experience ever, with their in-house app and socials. I cannot recommend them more!

Things are all positive with respect to my move-in

Review Date Nov 2023

Having moved in recently I find things are all positive with respect to my move-in. The place is located very close to the high street, school, bus station& tube which gives me easy access to my day to day needs
One concern is over the noise from the street I keep hearing in the nights as my bedroom is facing the street.

Please review your development:

I am happy for choosing charter place. The design of the property is nice but would have been better if there was a direct lift access to ground floor which is not the case for Kent court residents. The in-house facilities like gym, co-work space are highlights. The management organised events are much encouraging.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No direct lift or emergency exit access to ground floor.(applicable for Kent Court)

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The management is friendly and always available to help.

Their drain is terrible!!

So so. No fancy cafes and restaurants around here. But there are some supermarkets so I can say it’s convenient .

Please review your development:

The shower room is terrible! The drain gets stuck easily and water almost always comes up from the drain even though we clean up it very often. Therefore we use the shower only for a few minutes! When we run water in the kitchen, in the shower room water comes up.
It’s really dirty and sanitation wise it’s really terrible. I can’t stand it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

About the terrible shower room. Then we wouldn’t have chosen. Because sanitation is really important for us.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very bad. They try to change even though for problems that are not our fault.

Hi Ma

Thank you for leaving us your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that you had a problem with the water in your unit. We know that drains can get blocked sometimes which can cause the water to rise. To help any member who experienced this, we created an easy-to-follow video that details how to clean drains to prevent water from rising. Regular cleaning of this does remain the responsibility of the tenant, however we are always around in help in any way that we can. I have made sure your points have been shared with the rest of the team and we’ll use your feedback to continue to improve the service and offering for all Gravity Co.

Thanks
Craig
