Comfortable house in an excellent location

The house is well furnished with all modern amenities and fittings. It’s spacious and everything is well planned. There is a beautiful play area and garden for kids to play in and a pleasant walk for the elders. The gym is a great add on for fitness lovers. The get together in the residential lounge and kitchen are a good grounds for socializing.

Excellent location with bus stop right in front of the building and Hounslow East Station at a 3 mins walk. The high street is just a 5 mins walk and there are plenty of Asian stores around.

All the aspects were well explained by the team and the facts mentioned were true.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It has always been a prompt response to any request made so far.

We absolutely love living here, the site is kept up very well, it’s great value for money and just a really lovely place to live. There are some stand out members of staff who will go above and beyond. The facilities staff have been fabulous at solving any issues we have had. Security are super friendly and it’s so nice and reassuring to have them there 24/7. The planning of the site with regard to parking availability leaves much to be desired but that is the only fault.

The area isn’t as nice as the site but it’s typical London and has a bustling high street and great transport links. What you see is what you get which I like. West London is great and isn’t alot of nice greenery in a busy city.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lack of flexibility around parking. The welcoming environment for pets our cat loves it here and all the residents are so lovely and polite

Fantastically. Problems have been solved swiftly and sufficiently.

The design is modern and all the forniture are in good condition. Charter place provides the gym 24/7 , which Is perfect because I worked full time . Also we have access in the social room where you can relax on the comfortable sofa ,with free WiFi and I love enjoying my espresso.

Charter place is well connected as we have the bus station with just two minutes by walk with too many buses available and also night buses . With just 5 minutes walk we have the east Hounslow underground with the Piccadilly line . Charter place is also surrounded by many local shops and with just 7 minutes by walk there is the big Asda supermarket. Lo

I would have liked know more about Hounslow aerea.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We had a problem with the kitchen . As soon we contacted them,they were so helpful and we had an excellent service.

The development is just perfect. I love the parks, the inner garden, and the communal areas.
The flat is nice and cozy. We have everything we are looking for in an apartment. The desing is clever and the interior is perfect for every need.
The management and Charter Team is really nice. If something would come up, we always get a quick solition.
We are linving here for 4 months now, and I think we made the best choice.

Charter Place is in a great area. There are many parks in walking dittance. A lot of shops nearby with a wide ranfe of variety. There is bus stop in front of the building, the subway is in 5 minutes walk, and there is also a trainstation if you need it. The town center is just about an hour away with commution. It’s not so noisy, but busy at the same time.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We moved in during the covid outbreak, so we did not have a proper introduction to the equipment of the flat. But we managed and everyone was really nice

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

Maybe the shower would need a door to close, and the gardening team shoulh have done a better job keeping the bushes alive

Our flat is easy to access, and looks at the inner garden, which is perfect. It’s way more than other properties around the area would have provided. I am glad we found this place.
The management is very helpful . Whenever we had any issues, they gave us instant support.

Great location, with a very nice inner garden. There are several shops nearby and a bus station right next to us as well as a subway station. The Heatrow airway is 15-30 minutes away.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Unfortunately we could not have a detailed introduction to the equipments when we moved in, because we arrived during the pandemic, but slowly we could figure out how everything works.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They replied, and supported us instantly even during the pandemic.

Do not allow dogs without being on the leash in the ‘private’, small condo garden, even when there is absolutely no one there (kids, adults or other dogs. Only foxes don’t need to use a leash)- like at 1 or 2 am. Doesn’t make sense to us.

The door on the back (next to the tube) doesn’t ‘work’ for a long long time. People who need to get the tube daily would really appreciate a functional door. Would save precious minutes and our legs!!

Good costumer service (reception, manager…)!!
Common areas clean and well-kept.
Parcels at the reception (that’s great)
Small green areas are beautiful and useful.
The effort to do some group activities with the tenants
Gym!!

Overall, we really like this place!!

Great transports links- tube, train and bus.
Huge Indian community in Hounslow.
We have everything in the surrounding area – supermarkets, shops, restaurants. We don’t need a car to have our stuff done.

No direct sunlight into our flat from 12.30pm.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

More privacy at the gym (people at the bus stop used to look at all the time. Now, they can’t).

Hi,

Thank you you feedback, since it is a great good neighbour policy to have dogs on leash in order to avoid any incidents relating pets.Rear Door entrance is closed for added safety and security for development and houses next to entrance.We have taken this seriously and worked with local authority for improve lighting and security and this will be reviewed again for opening.

I am glad that now Gym is private and you are satisfied with outcome.

Building well managed so that property. But need to clean glass windows as soon as possible.
Well maintain working on daily bases which is commendable to all staff.
Well maintained garden .Favourite place for all the tenants.
And the best part is, this back garden is easy to access for us specially because its back side of our flat 😀

Easy to get public transport, high street location is superb and restaurants too

Easy to access with public transport specially Picadly line Train .Very close to airport .And most important one more thing we are on ground floor huge flat ,and have open place for both side can access to garden even easily 😀.

Mauricio is always there if we face any problem.
Tony is very supportive too .
All the staff is very friendly and helpful.

Love Charters Place. Amazing property, newly built last year, modern amenities, beautiful landscape with a breathtaking view from your Balcony. Property has an amazing Gym and community place and a kids garden which makes your evening walk pleasant and soothing. Tony and his team is making the stay for all resident and engaging them in the best possible form so a big kudos and hats-off to them.

Hounslow area is an amazing area with tons of Restaurants and Shops for all foodies and shoppers. Availability of ASDA, Quality Foods and Tesco is what makes is day to day sufficing. Top this with schools for your Kids it has some excellent schools to offer as well. View is amazing with Heathrow right under your nose and Hounslow east, west and central tube stations.

Exactly near Charter place we don’t have any school which has Outstanding offset but saying that Hounslow Town Primary school which is Needs Improvement but our experience is amazing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always responded and solved it at the earliest possible. They go beyond their ways to make your issue go away. Shout out to Waqas who once helped me fixed one of our technical issue as well.

It would be good to keep some spaces for tenant’s visitor. We don’t mind to pay a bit fee and book in advance if needed. Thinking of the city centre area, there’s no space for car park and the available car park is about 5-10mins walking distance, but not possible for overnight.

Location is perfect and convenient for shopping.
Car park in city centre is not that idea for visitors

About the energy bill. Don’t think it’s actually cheap and save more than other places. The washing machine is not actually functioned for proper dry.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes. Good to have on site staff so we can always easy to ask questions and help. Feel very reliable

Everything is managed professionally. The management team is amazing. Tony, Mandy, Waqas, Davi, the security team, especially Mohammed Rad all make us feel like a family. The kids play area is amazing. The cycle bay is a real help as me and my kids love to cycle.

Everything is so close, Tube station, bus station and high st. Makes life so much easier.

Parking is expensive here.

Very modern and the interior of the apartments are to a very high standard. Proper wood and stone cabinets/work tops as well as brand new and excellent appliances. Every little detail has clearly been considered.
The lights in the raised courtyard garden come on just before 8 and unfortunately glare all night – but get hold of some good black out curtains and this isn’t so much of an issue.
Plenty of storage if you make use of the space under the Bed too.
Management staff very helpful and friendly, would be great to get notifications when we receive parcels but I know this would be difficult to manage once the building is at capacity.
Many apartments including ours are fortunate to have a lovely balcony/terrace. This more than makes up for not having a garden, indeed we used ours to create a vegetable paradise and we enjoy meals outside with guests or neighbours!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Lots of independent shops and supermarkets, as well as excellent Eastern Cuisine.
The road out the front can be quite noisy, but with the windows closed you can barely hear it.
You can also hear planes very loud, but you get used to it!
Close to Hounslow East Station, and right next to a pub!
Bus right outside to Richmond Park and lots of parking and street parking nearby for friends and visitors

A more accurate estimate of bills/council tax as they’re not cheap!

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

More privacy, sunlight and not the glaring courtyard lights at night!
