I am happy choosing charter place, great location, very good management which responds on time, great facilities like gym and lounge that allows 24/7. Everything is accessible from restaurants, shops, high street, bus station, underground tube station.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Al-Karim and Sorin Management team was very helpful they solved my problem within hours.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The location is perfect and always quiet inside the flat but so close to everything including shops and grocery stores.

It’s a very nice place . It is near to bus station and to restaurants and to railway station as well . Everything is good

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They will respond immediately and very nice service

Very good maintenance and nice team and responsive team

The area is totally accessible for both rail and road transport. The only concern is the unavailability of the visitors parking space. Otherwise the area provides amazing facilities.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes indeed.Always had a positive response whenever being approached.

The best thing is the upgraded technology who’s is being followed in the maintenance of the building and so it ensures safety of the tenants.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Transport links are very close, you can be in central London in 20 minutes with the train station around the corner. Heathrow airport is 15 minutes away via car.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They get right on it, just remember to report it in writing or via the site, they are busy people they are not gonna remember everything they hear.

How far from family this actually is, being a person that sees my neurologist a lot, this place is too far from him. Also my friends drive from south London, takes them over an hour on F1 Sundays.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Very nice place.It is close to a bus station and a tube station. Everything is within walking distance. They organized lovely events for residents. The maintenance team is professional and very helpful. Sorin and Callum resolved my flat issue quickly. Sonia is also very responsive and helpful. Such friendly and amazing staff.

The management team is very helpful and professional. Callum and Sorin resolved my flat issues very effectively.

The design of the building is very good and the flats are very spacious. We have a podium area that we use for the Charter Place social events, and it is good for all of us in the summer we can sit together and enjoy sunny days inside the Charter Place.
