Coming from a different country to live in a new country and finding a new home, we had an incredibly smooth transition to the wonderful Charter community. Alice was instrumental from the very beginning, providing exceptional support from our initial enquiry about availability through to the unit tours. Her assistance was excellent during our move-in, and she truly helped us feel at home as we made our final choice to live here. We were impressed by the swift resolutionof our requests and the consistently professional, friendly service. This place is also very accessible to the public transportations (train and bus).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded promptly and with friendly staff that resolved the issues immediately.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

As a new tenant, there is not much to say for now.we don’t have problems with our neighbors.

It’s very good devil with everything is accessible and nearby. The community is maintained with good cleaning .

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I had raised some issue about the refrigerator on Sunday . Monday morning quickly RAD and Chuchu came and resolved it quickly . Both of them very friendly with excellent behaviour and knowledgeable.

I don’t find anything which I can mention here as such.

The entire area is gentrified so the high street is full of massive brands. If you like that sort of think I guess that’s good. There is parking availability but it’s an extra £100 a month so that’s rather disappointing. The best part about the area is that it’s close to the tube station so I can leave.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They did respond initially but when I attempted to get updated on the situation, they fail to respond to your emails. I suspect they do this because they hope you will get tired and no longer press the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to actually view the room I was renting before I moved in? That would have been convenient and that word is incompatible with Gravity.

We are experiencing significant issues with parking fines relating to our deliveries, grocery drop-offs, our own attempts to bring groceries into the property, our personal vehicles, and those of our guests. The current 10-minute allowance is insufficient for safely dropping off family members, including young children—particularly in rainy or cold weather when buggies and additional equipment are required. It is also inadequate for completing grocery or parcel deliveries, especially given that the surrounding roads are poorly marked and there is inadequate signage directing drivers to Herdwick Court. As a result, many individuals spend excessive time attempting to locate the address. Delivery drivers frequently cancel orders due to these conditions, and several have contacted us regarding parking fines incurred while attempting to complete a delivery. In light of these ongoing issues, we request that the minimum parking allowance be extended to at least 30 minutes, and that on weekends residents and their visitors be permitted a minimum of 2 hours, to ensure safe access and prevent further unreasonable penalties.

Parking issue managment not helping on getting the parking and there should be atleast 30 minutes allowance for the residents.

What is the best feature of your home:

Spacious and quality appliances. Balcony is also good.
