There is a vast range of shops around from supermarkets, to resturaunts ?clothing stores and coffee shops. Being located near to the highstreet puts all of these places within walkable distance. In the building you can hear noise from the highstreet if there is some sort of street perfomance going on which can at times be disturbing. Transport links are excellent with Hounslow central station being a few mins walk away and bus links all round its great for public transport

Please review your development:

The property managment was great when i first joined however over time the high standards have declined. I have noticed the lifts are out of service frequently and promises that were made to tennants such as having security on premesis and access to a garden terrace have been neglected. However the people who do work in the building are wonderful its a shamr the higher ups do not take the situation more seriously as they should. The building has a modern design which is aesthetically appealing and gives a nice vibe around the place.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There will be no security. The higher up flooors have some beautiful views if you are fourtounate enough to get an apartment there.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have dealt with a noise disturbance within the building well however I felt a more zero tolerance approach for anti social behaviour could have been taken.

The development is 10 min walk from the main amenities in Hounslow (restaurants, stores, cinema, shopping centres). Also less than 10 min from the tube station and the bus station.
The area is very quiet and far from car traffic noise.

Please review your development:

I am very happy with the finishing and the details of my flat. The interior looks very nice and the quality of the furniture included in the development is excellent.
The developer has been very supportive during both pre and post sale and they helped me making the best decision of my life to buy this flat.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had done my research fully and the pre sales people helped me filling minor gaps. I am very happy with my purchase.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The previous management was not very quick in fixing issues or responding. There were some issues we, as a community, had raised.

Good location but not the cleanest

Lots of amenities nearby. Easy to reach transport (tube and train at your doorstep) but not the cleanest area in the world.

Please review your development:

Quality finishes and over average flat size. The communal areas are quite good as well but can be sometimes crowded with kids who unfortunatelly don’t clean after themselves. Overall and after 5 years I’m happy as the flat is lovely (can be quite hot during the summer) and neighbours are lovely.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

How dirty the adjacent alley can be at times and how inefficient the Hounslow conuncil is to fix thnings.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Slowly… And the price you pay or service charges doesn’t reflect what you get in return – typical.
