Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
Living in my local area offers a good balance of convenience and comfort. There’s a decent range of local shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby, including a few hidden gems that serve excellent food. The bars are friendly and not too noisy, and there are some lovely open spaces and parks ideal for walks, picnics, or jogging. Public transport is generally reliable, with buses and trains connecting well to the city centre, although delays do happen occasionally during peak times. Most essential services are within walking distance, which adds to the area’s convenience. My street is relatively quiet, with a good community feel. Parking can be a challenge during weekends, but it’s usually manageable. Bin collections are regular, and there’s little to no anti-social behaviour. While there is some traffic noise during rush hours, it’s not overly disruptive. Overall, it’s a pleasant place to live.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management has generally responded promptly and professionally to any issues raised, keeping communication clear and helpful throughout. Rad and Sorin. I'm impressed with how quickly they came and fixed the problem in my apartment. They're always happy to help. There's nothing they can't handle. I am very grateful for your help.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth the move-in process was and how helpful the management team turned out to be. Everything was well-organised, and any initial questions were answered quickly. I also didn’t expect the building to be so well soundproofed – it really adds to the comfort of living here. A great bonus is how clean and well-maintained the communal areas are, which you might not fully appreciate during a short viewing. I wish I had known how warm the flat can get during the summer months, especially on the upper floors. It’s something that’s hard to notice during a short viewing.
Manager response
Dear Greg, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review of your experience living in the building and the local area. We truly appreciate your kind words and are delighted to hear that you are enjoying your home. It’s wonderful to know that you find the design, facilities, and overall atmosphere of the property to be positive, and that our management team, particularly Rad and Sorin, have made a good impression through their responsiveness and professionalism. We will be sure to pass on your kind comments to them. We also value your observations regarding the local amenities and the comfort of the surrounding area. Feedback like yours helps us to understand what works well and where there may be opportunities for continued improvement. Noting your point about the warmth of the upper floors during summer, we appreciate your honesty and will continue to explore ways to enhance comfort across all units, especially during seasonal changes. Should you need any assistance in the future, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We're always here to help and ensure your living experience remains a positive one.
