It feels home away from home in Lampton

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The site is very proximal to key establishments like groceries, police station, hospital and to a beautiful park, where I enjoyed having quiet walks. The accessibility to public transport is one of the key reasons I chose Lampton.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Though at times it takes longer to address an issue, they are always committed to solving all concerns raised.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Security of the access areas. There have been issues about access doors being accessed by non-occupier, but I think the management is already looking for resolutions to address the matter and improve the overall security of the property and its occupiers.

What is the best feature of your home:

My balcony facing the sunrise and the proximity to Lampton Park.

Clean, simple, and pleasant place to live

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The best part of our location is the transport links. Easy 5min walk to tube or 15min walk to SWR train and lots of bus options. The worst part is the noise, the building is located by a church which performs outside every single weekend at an obnoxious level. Food options, grocery stores, bin collection, and parking options are good. Although the area could use a bit more funding to help clean the streets more.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management responds to all queries quickly and is usually able to solve them.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The parking add on is very expensive, and the neighborhood can be noisy. Also, the building advertised a green outdoor space that did not exist when I viewed the property.
