Rad, was helpfull from maintenance team and sorted the issue. And even mentioned to follow up in a weeks time.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They are on the market to help the tenants.Doing a great job.

I think everything was explained nicely before move in, we moved into a brand new apartment and been here for a while and would continue our tenancy.

The good aspect of living in this area is the good transportation links. The bad aspect of living in the area is lack of variety when it comes to local restaurants. It’s pretty much all the same. Also, parking can be quite expensive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The staff are friendly and supportive. I don’t usually write reviews, but felt compelled to after a recent experience. I reported an issue with my washing machine, and it was quickly fixed. Thank you so much Rad.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew more about the area and the issues with drain flies.

Although living close to the high streets have some downsides but there are more positive ones than critical, garbage collection is timely, privet parking available with 24hrs security

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes ofcourse they are very responsive, living here for almost 4 years without much of issues…each time any concerns raised they try to fix immediately as they have very competent maintenance team..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We moved in after having verified everything and they stood true to their promise

It is very local and it is easy to get around to other places to, an easier way to get in contact would be nice, also the elevator breaking down so often, we have been stuck once for a couple of hours

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Gordon has recently repaired our bathroom radiator which has been very helpful

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Having knows that there is a Christmas party is a nice addition, we enjoy coming down to it and meeting everyone.

Close to shops, can’t hear traffic so much. No anti-social behaviour. Very close to the underground station

They have responded very well and are quick to resolve the issue

I wish I had known about the shortcut to the underground station sooner
