Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Good - everything is within walkable distance, a lot of local shops, restaurants nearby and it's very easy to get onto the tube (5min walk) and Piccadilly Line towards London (40mins) or Heathrow airport (10mins). The area within the complex has a lot of greenery and good for pets and there are some local parks which are closeby as well (10min walk) Bad - The bus station is next to the complex and can be noisy if windows are opened.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I've only ever had a few small issues which were raised for repairs via the app and was dealt with swiftly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking can be tricky, given that Charter Place does have a small limited number of parking spaces available on site for residents, however, I found someone who rented out their parking space via YourParkingSpace.co.uk which was a 5 minute walk away.

Living in Hounslow has been very convenient. The area has a good range of local shops, restaurants, and supermarkets all within walking distance. The bus and tube stations are just 2 minutes away, making commuting very easy. The area feels safe and well-connected. Bin collections are regular, and parking is generally manageable. There’s minimal noise and no noticeable anti-social behaviour. Overall, it’s a peaceful and accessible neighbourhood with everything you need close by.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The building management and maintenance team have always responded quickly and professionally to any issues I’ve raised. Problems are usually resolved within a day or two, which shows how efficient and reliable the team is.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how great the resident facilities are — the lounge, gym, and co-working areas are much more spacious and useful than they appeared during the initial viewing. Also, the sense of community here is better than expected; it’s a very friendly and quiet place to live. My tip to new residents: take full advantage of the amenities and the super-convenient location — everything really is just a short walk away.

Everything is great about this place. Apartments , staff members etc. one thing which can be improved is to arrange parking space for the guests of tenants.
