Local shops are good i think it needs to make more nice restaurants and bars in the area. the transport links are good . street is usually quiet the problem is with the visitors parking.

The Building managements has been incredibly responsive and proactive in addressing any issues I’ve raised.Their prompt attention to problems ensure a smooth living experience .

The food is the best aspect and the bad aspect is sometimes the crowd at nights. There are a lot of stabbing

It’s amazing .. the best place to live . Very convenient in terms of shopping and commute which includes bus and underground tube station. The lounge is amazing . And they have a good seating area with a tv and refreshment sections. I would highly recommend

All the major supermarkets are very close by. Tube and train stations quite near. Multiple bus stops make it super convenient.

The design is modern. Building management provides regular cleaning and maintenance services and general facilities are provided for. Makes a good establishment to live in. The flats are well ventilated. They are equipped with all the major electrical gadgets.

Location is really good. Close to tube station and bus stops. All necessary shops nearby with pubs and restaurants close by.

Apart from the location there is no good aspect. Poor facilities and management along with bad planning. There is also lack of security. No emergency facilities available for example plumber. Lack of communication some times from the building management.

About the security of the building and management services.

Emergency services almost not there. Also for any repair service they demand money which should not be the case.
