Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Access to all the shops around, Gym great transportation links, clean area, Great neighbourhood. Tesco, Sainsbury, H&M all easy to access a great street shopping across the flat, easy to find. Have a lounge where I can have guests and events, great for work and socialising with other neighbours. Overall a great envoirement for working professionals I’ve really enjoyed living in this area. It’s a great place for anyone looking for a good balance between convenience, tranquillity, and accessibility. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, cafés, and essential services nearby, making everyday life very easy. The transport connections are also excellent, with easy access to central London and surrounding areas. I particularly like that the area feels lively without being overly busy or overwhelming. It’s also a welcoming and diverse community, with people from many different backgrounds. Overall, I feel comfortable and safe here, and I would definitely recommend the area to anyone looking for a convenient place to live in London.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very poorly I need to call and always chase back, I have been going back and forward with an issue that can be sorted whiting the first week. Unfortunately the team needs more training on problem handeling. Everyone is passing the issue to another colleague when paying for a service you expect the best of it which unfortunately I didn't see the value of my money on it since I have moved in. Extremely unhappy and disappointed with the management team. I wouldn't recommend someone this place. I don't like reviews if I did reach out this point is because the team unfortunately didn't help at all with the small request that I have made

That the management has a poor problem handeling. Very poorly I need to call and always chase back, I have been going back and forward with an issue that can be sorted whiting the first week. Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The entire area is gentrified so the high street is full of massive brands. If you like that sort of think I guess that’s good. There is parking availability but it’s an extra £100 a month so that’s rather disappointing. The best part about the area is that it’s close to the tube station so I can leave.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They did respond initially but when I attempted to get updated on the situation, they fail to respond to your emails. I suspect they do this because they hope you will get tired and no longer press the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to actually view the room I was renting before I moved in? That would have been convenient and that word is incompatible with Gravity.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The offer of shops and restaurants is not great. While there are many places, they are mostly below average in terms of quality. There is a lot of antisocial behaviour. The area sometimes gets stinky. It’s next to Heathrow and the airplanes are very loud at night (they start flying early in the morning).

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have been very passive and reluctant. I have to raise the same issue many times for them to do the very least..

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew about the airplanes. I wish I knew it was next to a main road. I wish I knew about the antisocial behaviour on the square outside the main entrance.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Probably the best place to live in London with a reasonable amount of rent and less crowd!! It has everything within 10 minutes walk from brands like H&M, Next & River Island to shopping stores like Poundland, Tesco, Asda and Superdrug.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Never waited more than an hour to resolve any issue in my building

I was completely clueless about the building and location as I was living in east london before but it turned out to be a gold.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The property is located on a high street and so is very close to a wide range of shops. It also has very good transport links with nearby underground and train stations, as well as many bus routes nearby.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management usually responds fairly quickly to resolve any issues. Good communication.

It can get very hot in the summer due to there being no air conditioning.
