Opened in June 2022, each apartment is brand new with a modern design – perfect for working professionals and students alike. Apartment size does vary depending on the unit chosen. For those who like a lot of space, the property has four open planned penthouses on the fifth floor. As well as floor to ceiling windows in the lounge, dining and kitchen area that allow daylight to flood him, each penthouse also has access to its own private balcony that runs the entire length of apartment. Perfect for lazy summer days and alfresco dining.

Convenient location, close to town center, plenty of parkings. However there’s ongoing problem with bin clearance and fly tipping

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I have raised the issue of leaking kitchen tap several times but still waiting for repair.

The washing machine does not contain a drying function

The entire area is gentrified so the high street is full of massive brands. If you like that sort of think I guess that’s good. There is parking availability but it’s an extra £100 a month so that’s rather disappointing. The best part about the area is that it’s close to the tube station so I can leave.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They did respond initially but when I attempted to get updated on the situation, they fail to respond to your emails. I suspect they do this because they hope you will get tired and no longer press the issue.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to actually view the room I was renting before I moved in? That would have been convenient and that word is incompatible with Gravity.

The building is located in a perfect spot. You are close to the city centre. Although we in a busy street you don't hear it inside the apartment. The building has a parking.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They try to fix it, of course depending on the emergency, they could be faster or slower

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Reading is a very good city if you need to commute

Great location to the city centre and train station in 10 minutes walk. Bills are included for the residents.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There is a website to report the issues. The team responds accordingly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The back gate from car park is under ground and has some stairs to the entrance.

They have responded quick and things get done efficiently
