Great range of local shops and amenities not 5 minutes away. Train station at your doorstep with 30 minute connections to central london

Please review your development:

As much as I can write great things about the way the building is kept clean, the convenient location, the sense of security through communal spaces, all of these are nothing compared to the community lead himself. Michel is hands down the best building manager any tenant could ask for. He constantly goes above and beyond, be it with his regular social events and decorations of the lobby or assisting everyone with some of the more difficult parts of tenancy. I will never forget that when I had a window malfunction with 0 degrees outside, Michel not only responded to my text way out of his normal working hours, but was so prompt to get it fixed, that I simply found it repaired the following noon. I am perfectly sure that if it was anyone but him, I would have freezed for a good couple of days. He is accommodating and understanding and we really feel heard not by a cold building manager, but from a supportive one. He should be commended, recommended and rewarded like no one else in the company. I believe that it is him who makes fizzy a no brainer if someone is looking to settle in Epsom.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Top floor apartments that have floor to ceiling windows tend to get a bit hot during summer.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

As described earlier, response of the building manager has been beyond exceptional.

The best commuter living situation outside London!

Review Date Mar 2024

I have been raving to all my friends and colleagues about living at The Marches for months and friends have even looked at renting as well! It is the perfect location for commuting into London (where I work), for traveling abroad (which I do a lot), for schools, for shopping (as the Victoria Mall is just a few steps / rides on the lift away) and in general there is a great vibe about this place!
Almost every day when I would leave my apartment there would be some cleaning being done, or other works. Everyone here works really hard to keep the buildings tidy, looking very neat and welcoming and always smelling fresh!
The green spaces, the fact that they are pet friendly and the lovely design of all the communal spaces – this place is just great.

Please review your development:

The design is perfect! I love the look and feel of the place, it’s very cosy and homey but also modern – but without getting in your way! I found living at The Marches very comfortable. The fact that you can just go up to the 33rd floor, enjoy the views and have some quiet time on your own to work or just to relax is priceless!!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I had done a lot of research so I came to The Marches fully aware of everything – there we no surprises.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Every single time I had a question about the app, or anything really, the response was instantaneous (even at unpopular times like in the evenings).

Great place to stay.

Great location, all the grocery shops and restaurant are within 5 mins walk. The train station is also very close and has direct connectivity to London. Some bad aspects are bin chute braking quite often, but kudos to management team who acts fast and try to make the repair promptly.

Please review your development:

Design wise the apartment should have included gym or swimming pool kind of facilities. In bathroom, the bathtub size should have been bigger. Apart from these, the overall aesthetic of flat is quite good, the balcony is of good size and the cosy area along with work from home pods are great facilities included in the apartment. The property management team is very helpful and try to resolve all the issues promptly.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The door management system needs improving and the social events are great.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management team is very responsive and are very helpful in resolving any issues raised with them.

The fact it’s dog friendly is a game changer

Review Date Mar 2024

I am very happy in fizzy, I genuinely see us living here for a life time, beautiful building. And the fact it’s dog friendly is a game changer

Please review your development:

Very stylish, everyone I had come in to visit me has commented on how clean and tidy the building is and very proud to live somewhere like this. Can’t fault Mishel he’s a very nice character with a charming personality and makes everything lighter no matter the issue

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing Mishel is the life and soul of this building.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

My parents lived in this building for 11 years, when I visited them over years I always heard negative feedback about the guys down stairs however we and my family think Mishel is a great character me and my husband and dog see him as part of the family. Whenever we need anything he’s there completely understanding and he’s patience is great. He made the move for us very smooth especially with a new born, he’s office is always open and he’s very welcoming and nothing is ever too much trouble
