Charm & sophistication

Stroll Richmond’s leafy streets, and you’ll discover quaint period cottages and townhouses. Some of the most idyllic buildings huddle around Richmond Green; a well-kept grassy expanse which hosts picnics and cricket matches in the summer months. There’s also a great shopping scene here – an upmarket cornucopia of curious antique shops and contemporary art studios, jewellers and clothes boutiques.

New residential development in Richmond

Richmond Park

One of the area’s most visited attractions is Richmond Park, more than 2,000 peaceful acres of meadows, gardens and woodland. This one’s got some impressive accolades; it’s the largest of London’s Royal Parks, a National Nature Reserve, a Site of Special Scientific Interest, and also a European Special Area of Conservation. Unsurprisingly then, there’s lots to see here, including ancient trees, herds of deer and talked-about Georgian mansion, Pembroke Lodge.

Richmond Bridge

The pièce de résistance: the Grade I listed bridge, which straddles the Thames and offers spectacular photo opportunities. The water’s edge is a hive of activity; with listed pubs, al fresco wine bars and also fine dining restaurants all sharing space on the riverbank. Most offer sunny terraces perfect for people watching.

Richmond Park

Other draws

Other talking points are the borough’s excellent schools, two theatres, as well as impressive sporting world brags. Twickenham Rugby Stadium and Kempton Park Racecourse, to name just a couple, are within easy reach.

HomeViews reviewer says…
“Great for those who need to commute, as well as being surrounded by beautiful local parks, the Thames Path and the town centre, which has everything you want.”

Lots of young families and dogs. A few minutes walk straight to the Thames tow path and from kee green

Please review your development:

Beautifully built. Great for packages with the concierge and the security all day and night. Feels very safe with lovely grounds and regular bus service to Richmond. Also kee gardens station is about 10 mins walk

Planes are regular when they are going but they move around to different areas so not always there

There is one bus service to Kingston, not well connected to Kingston town centre. It is safe overall. It is far from Kingston and Teddington stations – 1 and a half mile away

Please review your development:

I like my flat: it is very spacious . I am satisifed with the building managemwnt – they are prompt in solving issues. There is a park in the front. It is clean and it is not busy. The only dislike is that there is no charging station for electric vehicles nearby.

The town centre is too far

The area is great, close to the park. Has great transport links. Very close to M3 .

Please review your development:

Modern develoment with good facilities parking is good . All properties come with balconies. There is no concierge but we don’t need one. Kingston Train Station is just 20 min walk away . The management didn’t tell you about the parking and it took 3 weeks to take the second hob . They are not good at explaining things overall and charged me for the planting . The garage doors break a lot too.
