We believe the best information about a residential development comes from the people living there. Owners and tenants have a lot of useful information to share with their prospective neighbours, not just on the property itself and its locality, but also on the developer and the building’s management.

Pretty good overall, drawback is the Trainline running behind the property. Park is convenient for the dog. Spacious. Concierge service is poor, door seems to be broken often and not fixed. Train station is 5/10 walk

Flat is good, kitchen is awkwardly designed. Not enough cupboards and narrow. Rest of flat is good. Nice bay windows but overlooks old people home. Park is next door, spacious for disabled partner. Good transport connections

Maintenance can be a bit better but we are overall satisfied. They were slightly reluctant to fix the undreground car park. The lockers break up easily because we have an automatic door gate. They also don't want to put CCTV . The facilities are new: 5 years old .

Quite good, feel safe when walking. No local amenities, public transport very infrequent. Parking very safe. All inclusive. Nice area, Kingston is close and am thinking about relocating. Very quiet and peaceful.
