Good building design, building management and property management. The aspect is such that it offers great views of the surrounding area stretching to central London. Smart finish to flat and the communal lobby areas. Also good connectivity for TV and internet.

Modern, well built and quite

Review Date Dec 2020

It’s my Aunties apartment that I love.. it has a lovely view and very cosy and quite inside. I love my Aunt’s big windows ,and the kitchen area. I have stayed and it’s so quite in the bedroom. She has a big outdoor space where you can see lots of the area.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Lovely views, lots of parks, lots to do..

From a riverside village to London Waterloo in 23 minutes

From a riverside village to London Waterloo in 23 minutes

Review Date Jun 2020

From a riverside village to London Waterloo in 23 minutes, your London commute just became idyllic. Twickenham, a West London neighbourhood, is not a location that needs to be sold, with luscious greenery, boutique high-streets and an envious events calendar, its attraction has been strongly routed for years. Solum are invested in reimagining the use of railway land to better serve their communities, and they have once again proved themselves here at Twickenham. The new station, providing convenience and an extension to the high street, is joined with a collection of sophisticated new homes for existing and future residents.

Twickenham Gateway is distinguished by its three phases; Phase A (50% completed and occupied), Phase B (under construction) and Phase C to follow suit. The development will offer 1, 2- and 3-bedroom apartments to an array of residents from young professionals taking advantage of London’s Help-to-Buy scheme to downsizers not ready to leave this tranquil neighbourhood. The apartments are each presented with private outdoor space, and a new home that, while neutral and ready for personalisation, are finished with quality. A wine fridge is included in every apartment. Landscaping and a public plaza connect the phases, creating a community and lifestyle, not just a home.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Twickenham is already a destination; sport enthusiasts flock for the fixtures at Twickenham Stadium; walkers, runners and cyclists for the extensive routes around the River Thames; shoppers for the abundant variety in the village high-street. The eateries are envious, from morning coffee spots, to Sunday lunches on the River, there is an option for any time and any occasion. You can also enjoy the history and greenery of Richmond Park, Kew Gardens and Hampton Court as they too, do not sit far away from your new home at Twickenham Gateway.

Like Christmas and birthday’s there will always be a reason to celebrate Twickenham. Solum has invested substantial resources to renew the station and it’s vicinity, enhancing the travel connections to London’s centre. With excellent schools, easy commutes and an idyllic escape from the centre’s rush, there will always be a continual flow of city professionals moving to the greener, child-friendly surroundings ensuring properties will always be in demand in this ever-popular Twickenham.

Twickenham Station on your doorstep; bicycle storage to kick-start your day and a zip-car membership to enhance your weekend adventures, there is no destination you cannot reach. Even Heathrow Airport is only 14 minutes away to make holidays relaxing from start to finish. I personally love the proximity to the station, allowing one to socialise and work in different areas of London without a battle with transport connections.
