Leicester is an increasingly popular option for property hunters seeking homes in the Midlands. House prices were enjoying a boom prior to the uncertainties of 2020 and are expected to bounce back thanks to the city’s strong economy. Historically connected to the textiles industry, retailers like Next, Asos and New Look have major sites in the city. Firms like KPMG, HSBC and British Gas also have offices there. Walker’s Crisps is also based in Leicester, operating the world’s largest crisp factory!
City centre living with the wow factor
The location is great. Opposite John Lewis and the Highcross shopping centre. Just across the road are several restaurants, cafes , offering diverse cuisines and a cinema.
On site parking and a coffee shop downstairs are extremely convenient. Despite being on the main road, it is very quiet , hard to believe it when indoors. The proximity to the city centre is an advantage. There are 2 parks nearby and it’s close to the Guildhall, Cathedral and the historic heart of Leicester.
The bus station is within easy walking distance and the train station is less than a mile away, with regular, fast services to London.
Please review your development:
It’s a very attractive building with well appointed, luxury flats, which are spacious and fitted with high end appliances. Decorated with neutral colours and stylish extras.
There are many communal areas, with a modern , very stylish design and a super roof terrace with fabulous views over the Leicestershire countryside and a barbecue.
There’s a 24 hour concierge and the staff are extremely helpful, professional and friendly.
