Pleasant in aesthetics and hospitality, good location, expensive.

Parking is plentiful but a little expensive, plenty of restaurants, shops and bars nearby, close to tram and Sheffield University campus. Traffic noise is not bad, a little noise from close nightclubs sometimes.

Please review your development:

Apartment design is mostly pleasing, staff are friendly and helpful. The resident lounge and skyroom are nice spaces if a little devoid of leisure activities found in the student building. Wifi is acceptable. Communal areas – corridors, lifts, stairs, lounges are well maintained.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Annual rise of rent is something to take note of, a thorough inventory is recommended too

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Always received prompt response, friendly staff. Problems fixed quickly.

There is plenty of shops variety in my area. Ranging from multiple stores options such as restaurants, convenient stores, grocery stores, pharmacies and many more. There are various bus stops near every development that is on average 5 mins walk or less. The train station is 10 mins walk and an average of 20 mins walk to university.

Please review your development:

The design is very innovative and unique whether on the outside or inside of the development, as well as in flats and facilities inside the building. It is built in a very convenient way to residents and equipped with facilities such as gym, communal area to study or spend time. The management staff are very professional and approachable.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I will make sure to get all the finances details confirmed from the first time to avoid any new increases in payment last minute

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Management team respond quite fast and make sure they solve each issue raised completely

Lovely building and design. Poor property management unfortunately.

Review Date Apr 2024

The area is perfect it is the centre of Sheffield and close to everything. Easy location for shopping.

Please review your development:

The facilities are brilliant and the design for the apartments is good.
Property manager is really disappointing unfortunately. We had a leak in our apartment leading to our carpet in the wardrobe being soaked and they refused to take it seriously. Due to her not taking this seriously we had to move out of our original apartment into a new one due to the damp and terrible smell and the carpet and concrete under the carpet being wet.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The apartments are lovely, the reception staff and brilliant and very helpful. The additional spaces are fun. Property management is poor so if you have troubles make sure these are taken seriously.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

When we had our problem with water leaking under our carpet from the bathroom this was not taken seriously leading to us needing to move out to a new apartment. We contacted our property manager numerous times and each time she did no listen and gave us a hoover to clean the water up, ignoring the advice given from professionals that the damage was too extensive and the carpet needed replacing.

Modern Comfort

Review Date Apr 2024

The good aspects of living here include a diverse range of shops, restaurants, and bars, catering to various tastes and preferences. Transport links are fairly convenient with bus services and nearby train stations, making it easy to navigate the city and commute to neighbouring areas. However, there have been occasional instances of anti-social behaviour, though not pervasive. Traffic noise can sometimes be bothersome, particularly during rush hours, but it’s usually manageable. Overall, while there are some minor drawbacks, the quality of life in my local area is generally good, with a decent range of amenities and relatively convenient transport links.

Please review your development:

My Development offers a blend of contemporary design and functional facilities, making it an attractive place to live. The architecture is modern yet tasteful, with well-designed living spaces that prioritise comfort and functionality. Facilities such as a gym and communal areas enhance the resident experience, promoting a sense of community and well-being. The building management ensures that these facilities are well-maintained and accessible, contributing to a pleasant living environment. Property management is efficient and responsive, addressing any maintenance issues promptly and maintaining the overall upkeep of the property.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the availability of parking spaces and any restrictions or challenges associated with them, such as limited visitor parking or the need for parking permits.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management has been prompt and effective in addressing any issues raised in my flat.
