Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Hairpin is well located near the city centre with plenty of pubs, clubs and local shops - only a short walk to grab your milk!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

The Manager Megan has been amazing from day one, making sure I had everything I needed and making day to day life as easy as possible for me during my time with hairpin. Megan and the team have been a pleasure to deal with and given speedy responses to any and all of my many queries!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The cars can get a bit dusty from the lorries on Warwick street so it's well worth getting a parking space within hairpin!

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Really happy with surrounding area. Close to bullring and station which is convenient city centre has plenty of food options

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They respond quickly and proffesionally really happy

I wish I had done a bit more research on the parking options nearby as they are limited.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

It’s a very nice location, easily accessible to locals shops and restaurants very easily to get into town and a quiet area and safe for everyone

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes they have always attached to all my issues asap

I think it’s about the car parking and not having easy access to gym amenities

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

There’s a range of corner shops and a pub across the street there’s also clubs and bars maybe 5/10 min walk from here it’s really good noise cancelling so I never hear anything at night. The tram is likely to be built end of next year so transport link will be better but the tram stop is a 2 min walk. There’s not a lot of street parking availability but there is a private gated parking for tenants.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Any maintenance issues have been solved depending on the needs for example if we put it as a priority they would come less than 24hours notice but if not they’ll come in the list of priority they have but issues have been fixed in a timely manner

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We looked at the washer dryer before but didn’t realise how small it is until we moved in so definitely keep that in mind. There’s also not a lot of visitor car parking space but can purchase a ticket if there is any outside. Warwick street side is not very clean but that’s not hairpins fault because it’s a bin overflow from another flats down the road

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Convenient shops , restaurants and bars located around the Digbeth area which makes living around much more comfortable

The issues raised have been well responded to in a timely manner .

The differences in flat layout and balcony spaces etc
