The design of the building and interiors are very nice. It's clean, modern, and quiet. Facilities are incredible, especially spa and communal areas. Everything is new, clean, and regularly.maintained. Staff are also super friendly, helpful and accommodating

The facilities can’t be beaten. I was anxious when moving in that the gym and pool area would become too busy to use, but this isn’t the case. I work from home most days so the working floor is something I frequently use. It keeps me sane, staying in my flat all day isn’t productive for me. As for building management, they have been a delight. We have built a great relationship with them (in particular Faiza) & can’t thank her and the team enough for all their hard work.

The building is lovely, always kept super clean and any maintenance issues are attended to quickly. Residents all very friendly and respectful too. All the spaces feel super open and airy making it a relaxed environment. Theres also hoovers etc available for hire so you really can just move in so easily.

The design of the place is spot on; it feels modern and has everything you need. With facilities like the pool, gym, and cinema, you almost don’t need to leave the building. And I’m in the study area or the gaming room a lot—it’s just set up well for us students.

As a resident living in Bussell building, the elevators always break down which is quite annoying. Fortunately, there are three lifts available. In terms of design, I suggest putting a water machine in the gym and outside the pool to increase convenience of the users.
