This development is really nice, I love living here. It’s family and pet friendly. I like my flat – it is spacious and has many big windows and a lovely balcony. I like the design, it’s modern. All neighbours are friendly and I feel safe here.

We are a big family, our flat is spacious and modern. Everything inside my flat is brand new and everything is good. I chose to live here because it is a good place for families, schools and parks too close by.

The apartment is nice spacious and modern, the apartment is self contained which is exactly what I was looking for. The kitchen and bathroom were new and gorgeous when I moved in which I expect.

Great build, new development and is very nice inside, big and spacious, bathroom and kitchen very good condition. My house is three stories and fits my whole family with ease. I chose this property because of how big the house is and it doesn’t disappoint.

Average design, poor management.

Is at a quiet location however the primary school opposite is very noisy. Parking space is a nightmare, there are no visitor parking spaces! I was told that there would be visitor parking spaces when I purchased the house but this is not true.

Please review your development:

The design of the house is average, not enough kitchen cabinets to store things. The provided machines are of poor quality. The design of the garden is very pool and with huge level changes, during the design stage, this should be addressed. The main gate of the development is always broken and out of use which might prompt to increase in service charges. The only good thing of the house is the PV.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Would be good to let us know the parking space arrangement as currently is a nightmare.

What is the best feature of your home:

The installation of Solar panels are a good idea. We had a parking space allocated in front of the house which is also a plus.

Convenient and Peaceful Living
My new home offers many convenience With the nearest bus stand just a 2-minute walk & a grocery shop within a 5-minute stroll, everything I need is within easy reach. Despite its central location, the internal road boasts minimal traffic, ensuring a peaceful living environment.

Please review your development:

Your development boasts commendable design and development standards. The inclusion of allocated parking space, a main security gate, and an accessible garden enhances its appeal and functionality significantly.

Development maintained by Ian Gibbs and I am NOT happy with their service and decisions.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Cooker hood is not connected to outside which is very frustrating.

What is the best feature of your home:

There are many best features for my home but main features are Design of the house, rating of appliances, overall rating of the house and installed solar panels.

DONT BUY

DONT BUY A STRATA HOUSE
Plumbing, Windows and brick work very poor. customer service is shocking. Raised concerns about vents that were defective and looked to be faulty.

The vents had a massive gap between the windows and the actual vent allowing a large draft through even when vents closed. This was the case on every window.
Window fitters came to look at the vents whilst I was at work. I came home to be absolutely shocked to find they had sealed all of the vents with silicone, which is clearly not what should have been done Obviously I wasn’t happy with this and raised this further. They then came back out and agreed they needed replacing. This was then raised with Strata who decided they couldn’t be bothered to resolve this and just closed it down. When I chased this up I was told I’m now out of warranty and will not be taking this further. I have giving them ample opportunity to resolve this just to be ignored.

Therefore I’m writing this review and will now be opening a claim to take this to NHBC and a small claims court. If you want your house to be bodged then buy a strata house. If not then I’d advise you to stay well away. They also managed to build my garage 3ft higher than it should have been meaning I have 2ft of foundation sticking above ground and again failed to rectify. I’ve had multiple leaks from toilets and sinks, 4 attempts to fix a leaking toilet from day one. Kinked pipes which I’ve resolved myself. MeadFleet the ground works company will just increase there prices whenever they want. This has increased by over 100% in 2 years and quality of the work is poor. Still rubble all over the place from 4 years ago.

I’ve been dealing with customer services who bare face lies and will not return any calls. If someone would like to contact me regarding this feel free.

Plot 4 Aura.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

MeadFleet raising prices every couple of months, general maintenance not included in grounds costs such as cutting back trees

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Failed, lied about responses, didn’t call back on multiple occasions and failed to honour warranty.

Great Development – very modern looking

Edgware high street is a short drive with all the shops you need. Great transportation links too with the Northen Line and locals buses

Please review your development:

Development is very modern looking, parking onsite with a park being built. All functions seem to be working as expected. There is also a primary school next door as well as a tesco express around the corner. The brick layout is ideal as it won’t rust over time

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wasn’t aware there was a graveyard nearby but luckily that doesn’t affect my property

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Fantastic! Problems have been fixed quickly and efficiently
