The jewel in the crown here is high-up Harrow-on-the-Hill. This is where you’ll find the borough’s iconic boarding school, which is characterised by Victorian Gothic architecture and immaculately tended lawns. The property is a very well centrally located block of flats with very good access to supermarkets and stores. There is always personal attention to the needs of the tenants, with an excellent concierge , security round the clock and very prompt resolution of mechanical white good maintenance.

The rents have escalated a lot recently, that was unpredictable

Well placed in heart of harrow. Parking facility, maintained properly by the house owners and staffs are friendly and helpful always.

Please review your development:

Building is overall well maintained and kept clean all times. Due to great location, all things like transportation, near by food and ratites are near by. Tubes and bus stand are 2 mins away, well connected. Most importantly it’s safe and sound. Thanks.

Bradstowe House is ideally located for town transport centre with fast transport links. The high street has a wide range of shops and restaurants and all within walking distance. Recently, enhancing town centre has been carried out, making it a place where local people can meet, visit, shop and enjoy, encourage more outdoor hospitality.

Bradstowe House, a unique character property, an attractive family areas offering typical luxurious apartment for people all over the world. This truly excellent dwelling offers contemporary living. Property of this standard and calibre rarely find their way onto the open market. The management are fully equipped with consistency and attentiveness. And the staff work hard to offer outstanding customer service.

The location of the refuse collection room is something essential to observe and the ventilation system within the area matters a great deal to our health.

Good location, Well maintained public places , houses and furnitures. Parking facility is available.
Cons – High price

Please review your development:

Building is new and maintained properly by the team. Very helpful and quick turnaround time for issues highlighted for house apartments. Friendly staff members. Public spaces are cleaned regularly and maintained. Have regular events organised like Christmas,Diwali, etc.

Nothing I get recollect it. I see all being taken care of.

Yes they respond in time and help resolve them. I had raised general queries and help multiple occasions and were resolved in timely manner each time.
