Slick and amazing place to live.
Our local area has a good range of shops, bars and restaurants all close by and in walking distance. It is very well situated to be in the centre of the town, with the town centre itself only a 10-15 minute walk away.

The design of the neighbourhood and the houses themselves give a very professional and slick look to them. They are very inviting and make you feel at home even by just walking on the street. The central green area is very environmentally friendly as well and gives off a natural vibe to the whole design. With bungalows to come at the end of the street, I feel any advancements or development would be a step forward.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I knew about the surrounding neighbourhood as our street comes on to a notorious street that has been known for crime. Apart from that, everything was provided and noted before moving in.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I haven’t had to raise a problem or issue as of yet but I have so much faith and confidence that they will deliver with speed and accuracy.
