Area full of shops around less than 5 minutes by car, quiet residential area with little traffic and easy access to the motorway, as well as wide streets and little traffic noise.

Please review your development:

The design of the houses is modern and intelligent, the house has some automated facilities and a charging point for electric vehicles, which is perfect and practical. The streets are always clean and the work seems well organized without disturbing other residents.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Online and real viewing of the specific property makes it more practical and confident

What is the best feature of your home:

EV charger point and smart features, ideally sized garden and large windows that allow the house to be illuminated with natural light

range of shops nearby is very good, the overall atmosphere of the development is very good. no traffic noise heard from our home.

Please review your development:

Designed well, convenience has obviously been thought of during planning. The property management has been amazing, small issues sorted on the same day they have been raised. We could not ask for a better property. Would recommend the development to friends and family.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I had known how quiet the terraced house would be, you cannot hear your neighbours one bit.

What is the best feature of your home:

My favourite part of the house is the rainfall shower and the garden.

Good aspect is it’s in a quite location and close to local pub however bad side is there is no local shops such as Tesco or Morrisons for a few miles and there isn’t any close schools

Please review your development:

I had a mould issue for a few months and faulty appliances in kitchen the fridge didn’t work for 2 months when I first moved it which both tuck much too long to resolve especially at the time of issues I was 8 months pregnant and no window in bathroom upstairs which is a issue sometimes and no opening window in living room

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That new builds could have many issues and there was lack of opening windows

What is the best feature of your home:

The down stairs bathroom/utility and storage rooms
