Great Location, Excellent people and customer service, Great additional services including the gym and lounge that allowed me to work from home by staying inside the development and close to my home. The staff including Gareth specially as well ad Lucy, Sonia, Davi and every other team member is absolutely polite and do the best to solve the issue while you are living there or even you have left. Worth the money you pay.

The development I like, I have been here over a year and want to live here longer term. There is a gym and study space in the building I get a lot of use out of these along with an outdoor garden, kids play area and bbq. I would say the overall building inside is kept modern and well looked after.

The outside of the building looks great and the communal areas like the residents lounge and gym are kept clean. But other residents seem to use the lounge as a party space and get angry with you when you want to use it. They have a private dining room that you need to pay for but advertise this as a benefit of living here which seems unfair to list as a benefit. They advertise they are pet friendly but residents with pets have to pay an additional £75 per pet they want per month which again how can they call themselves pet friendly when they want more money for pets. The website does not advertise all the hidden costs so if you are considering the area please be aware of these costs. The building has many problems like the lift always breaking and being down for weeks on end with little to no communication from the staff. They advertise a concierge service but they never assist with personal requests. Parcels often get stolen by other residents. Apartments have lots of cracks on walls and ceilings but any community area seems to be top quality. Those things aside the development is cosy and I’ve made this place a real home for myself. Sadly due to the super high pet rent cost which seems unfair has meant I have gave up my dog to my family

Regarding the pet policy, we understand your concerns. While we aim to be pet-friendly, the additional fee is intended to cover the extra costs related to maintenance and cleaning. This aspect is always clearly communicated during our tour and leasing process. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lift, and please know that we are in constant communication with our third-party service providers to ensure prompt resolution. Unfortunately, some matters are beyond our immediate control, but we are actively working to improve our services and communication with residents. Our parcel room is monitored 24/7 by CCTV, and in case of any issues, we can track packages efficiently. Additionally, we recommend signing up for our Renzbox service for added convenience. The Chater Place is very modern and homely. The facilities are perfect, especially the gym, extremely good equipment and it is also very spacious. The building is also very secure with high security, I feel very safe and if there’s any issues the staff listen and act straight away
