One of the biggest decisions we ever make, financially and emotionally, is choosing a home. Our mission at HomeViews is to share useful, trustworthy insights about residential developments to support those people making that decision.

It’s a no-brainer, isn’t it? In fact, a whopping 88% of us now trust review sites as much as a recommendation from friends or family. Hard to believe then, that before HomeViews was born, no review platform existed to help with what’s probably our biggest financial decision – where to live.

There’s been a huge shift in the last ten years around the information we value and seek. 64% of us not only value online reviews, but we proactively seek them out before making a purchase decision.

This is especially true when it comes to millennials, who value authenticity in the marketing they consume more than anything else. User-generated content or ‘UGC’ that is real and organic (as opposed to perfect and packaged) actively drives people to make new purchases.
