Great place to live
SPG is a fantastic development, it’s completely surrounded by trees and the rear-facing apartments stare into nothing but woodland; green-lovers paradise. The front-facing apartments have views of Canary Wharf and even those at the back can use the 9th floor roof-terrace with views all over London, from the City, along the river, Canary Wharf, and beyond. There is 24hr concierge too, and all 10 mins’ walk from Greenwich. The development is also right beside Maze Hill station which is 10 mins from London Bridge!
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
The local area speaks for itself, surrounded by woodland, right beside Greenwich Park, and a 10 minute walk to Greenwich town centre. Close enough to be convenient, far enough away to not be surrounded by traffic and tourists (oh, private road too helps with this).
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Admittedly the water pressure isn’t great in the shower but we’ve had communication they hope to improve this.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I’ve experienced none so far but they have been pretty good with communicating what they will be doing with regards to improvements.
