“Dreams do come True”

I love the design of the flats and very comfortable for living. Good customer service and very friendly staff. Whenever we have needed help they have responded and actioned very quickly. Flats are neat and tidy which is really good. Looking at our house my colleagues moved to our flats and they are happy about it.
So thank you A2dominion for everything. Keep up the good work team ?

I have had wonderful experience so far since 2017. We have Tesco extra across the road and bus facilities are very good. Staines high street is just 10 min drive and all local shops in walking distance. Design of the flats are very well planned and good ventilation as well. I have a lovely view from my window. Walk on reservoir makes my day very special.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

My neighbours are very good friends and we all help each other in needy.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

More greenery around. We have very beautiful garden and nice area but would be Very good if it’s more clean and tidy.

Good location, close to wildlife

The area is good in terms of location, a lot of greenery
Although it can get really quiet and lonely sometimes. The parking is really bad, there are not enough parking spaces. The bad thing is that there are not many off licence shops, so if you want to get anything at any time, you need to walk quite far.

I like that it’s really close to green spaces. Quite bad for transport because Clapton is far.

Good location

The place is generally good, I really like structure and interior of the buildings. However, the security isn’t that great as the front gate is normally broken which allows anybody to enter causing mail to get stolen and deliveries not arrive. The lift also tends to be out of service and sometimes gets stuck when you’re in it. The bin service is very good as they get collected regularly every week.

There is no free parking however it is close to train station and there are good regular transport links.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That there is no parking as it has discouraged me to drive however the transport links are good so I can’t complain that much.

Nice area and nice building

Good location being near the DLR station and having Canary Wharf, Victoria Park & Wapping close by. The building is clean, well looked after and the roof garden is very nice in the summer. The building management costs are quite reasonable (although they can sometimes take their time to fix problems).

Limehouse is a nice area with nice pubs, cafes & restaurants. Still has some rough edges to it.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Parking around the building can be difficult if you haven’t bought a parking space. Also the price of a designated parking space was inflated. So if you walk, cycle or use the DLR then fine but if you need a car day to day then it could be an issue

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

I would like bigger windows in the spare bedroom to get more natural light.
