Concierge are brilliant, literally help me with everything… post/gym/heating/taxis etc, so that’s great! The building looks and feels lovely, and still got that new fresh feeling. The studio apartments are more than suitable for single living and it’s amazing that I have a balcony this close to the centre of London.

Excellent development in a perfect location with brilliant facilities. Only downside is the hot water provider being non-negotiable, and they’re quite expensive! Right next to a huge Sainsbury’s and Argos for all the bits and bobs you’ll ever need – even better it’s so close to Victoria and northern lines on the tube. Overall would definitely recommend.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Hot water providers as mentioned above.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Change hot water providers to someone cheaper and more helpful.
My home in Keybridge
Great design features with the solid brick that’s timeless and lovely gardens. Although not completely finished yet. I feel safe here and it feels like a home. The windows are Bright and airy and I have a lot of storage space. All the appliances are brand new also

What is the best feature of your home:
Underfloor heating I like, the bright and airy windows too, the balcony is also big and superb in the summer
Nice design apartments!
The design of the flats is very nice and very well thought. I like the different styles of the flats and my favourite is dark style. It took very long time to complete the pool and gym facilities but the design of the pool is very nice and stylish. The gym , however, I feel should be much bigger for a huge development like that. The concierge team are nice and helpful. The downstairs of my house entrance (2 Exchange Gardens) looks a bit worn out now so I guess will need a re paint soon. I have also noticed that other entrances have LED screens which are missing in 2 Exchange Gardens.
Otherwise, it still a good development which I would recommend to others.

Vauxhall is very close to Central London, however the area is still developing and feels unsafe. It is very dirty, often with rubbish being spread everywhere, it is not safe at night, and local authority should be monitoring this area more closely. Additionally, there are no cafes, nice shops or places around here apart from Sainsbury’s and Starbucks. The area definitely needs an upgrade to match the house prices here.

I wish I knew how dangerous and dirty Vauxhall can be. There is also a lot of construction going on which can get very noisy and dusty when opening the window.
What is the best feature of your home:
The dark style kitchen and bathroom are very stylish.
Excellent property and management
Design is very Morden and simple, location is close to station and very convenient to many stores and shops, building and property management is very clear and simple, receive any notification for example any construction in this area in the first place.

Tenant in 2 Exchange Gardens
I have lived in this establishment for 3 months and am happy I made the move. The facilities are wonderful although we cannot use them all due to Covid. Cannot wait for all the gym facilities to be up and running. The concierge staff are wonderful.

I like how close the transport links are but I dislike how far it is to a local coffee store or high street.

I wish we had been told about the hot water system and how vital energi was set up. We had many issues at the beginning.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Our agents have not been that professional. But the staff such as concierge have been great.
Happy in our new house. Happier when all surrounding construction finishes!
Design is great, facilities as expected. Building management could be improved, some more proactivity to resolve issues and look after the general condition of the development would be appreciated. This covers cleaning as well as minor repairs, gardening, etc. A good maintenance regime is key to keep the development in good condition throughout its lifetime!

Like: I like that it is next to the Oval triangle, which is a nice and long-established London community. We certainly enjoy the proximity to the city centre (walking/cycling distance) and the Thames, which is great for a stroll or running. Additionally, we benefit from being not too far from Battersea Park. Finally, it is exciting to be part of a regeneration of the scale of Nine Elms.
Dislike: The whole area feels like a big construction site. Works are lasting for longer than two years since we moved in, and the site is surrounded by other new developments that have started later or haven’t yet. This prevents the direct area from having shops/restaurants, etc. which is something that we’re missing and that would be good to increase the community spirit.

Maybe I would have reported more snags, as most of our windows are scratched (minor scratches) but I did not notice at the time.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have had to chase some issues for months. E.g. the noise from the “interior” of the lifts, which we were hearing from our bedroom. It took 6-12 months to resolve the issue and many emails.
Some other issues have been resolved more quickly, but as I said above some productivity at their end would be appreciated.
Keybridge House Review
The general design is outstanding, facilities like pool and gym took very long to get finished but high spec and well taken care of, property management are helpful but there is room for improvement as to how queries are dealt with and where they are passed onto.

Great place to live in
Great structure and design, simple and elegant. The management works well and I feel safe living here. There are security camera all around that make you feel protected even if the area is nice and quiet.
They just finished building the garden and it looks great.

Keybridge is a great development. It’s well situated. There are a few supermarket options, a big Sansbury’s nearby. Also a climbing cement at 5 minutes walk!!
The development is well maintained and the concierge team is excellent and very friendly.
The facilities are great too with a nice gym and swimming pool.

Fast and prompt. Always available and ready to help
Great – by Y&Y could do better
Really nice flat, in a great location. Somewhat let down by the second classing of the concierge staff because they know you are a share ownership tennant. Paying £20,000 a year to life in a flat and then to be made to feel less than is a little sickening.

It’s a great area, 5 minutes from Vauxhall tube and bus station.

What is the best feature of your home:
The central location and accessibility it good. I am looking forward to the nine elms tube station opening.

Great Development
The design of the development is very nice and modern, and the quality of the build is good.
It appears that as the building as ‘settled’ the doors in the apartment don’t close anymore, otherwise no other problems.
I have tried to contact property management about some issues but have not had a response – this is disappointing.
The concierge staff are very helpful and friendly and go out of their way to help me with anything I need.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
I like that there is a large Sainsburys in the area, and a great Indian restaurant across the road.
I like the surrounding streets they are nice to walk around, including Vauxhall Park which is great for dog owners.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The noise from the trains might be a problem for very light sleepers, but I have gotten used to it and don’t hear them anymore.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
The gym facilities look very nice but aren’t as functional as they could be – the placement of the machines aren’t ideal for how people would normally use the equipment in proximity to the mirror. The sitting room that leads into the gym looks nice but could be put to better use.
So far, so good
I think the design of the grounds are nicely done, but could have looked more impressive. For example for water features are a bit underwhelming. The staff at the concierge are always friendly and helpful. I think more flexibility should be given to tenants with keeping pets, because they’re good for wellbeing which is important at this time. We currently don’t have the option to keep a dog, and it would’ve been good to have the choice given that we’re part ownership.

Vauxhall has a really down to earth, friendly feel, which is refreshing in London. My favourite nearby area being Bonnington Square, which is a hidden gem with a lot of character. The LGBTQ+ bars in Vauxhall are a bonus too, with their rich history and friendly, welcoming attitude.
It’s easy to see that Vauxhall is a place which is constantly improving due to it’s restorations and new developments. It’s important to keep emphasis on green spaces and keeping architecture in keeping with the feel and history of Vauxhall.

I’m not sure if it’s an appropriate response to this question but I wished we had a slightly bigger property with one more room and a balcony/outdoor space. Due to the pandemic, living in a studio as a couple has had its challenges.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, usually quickly and efficiently. Emails are always responded to in a timely manner.
