Keybridge has some beautiful, modern and clean facilities, including a spacious gym and pool, bicycle shop, rooftop… The apartments are stunning, with very high-tech equipment and appliances. The staff are lovely are always ready to help. It is also very easy to seek assistance when running into trouble with anything involving electricity, water, heat… in the apartment.

I the area is in constant Modern development , wish there were more shops and restaurants though!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I haven’t run into trouble since moving in two years ago, so nothing really!

What is the best feature of your home:

I love the modernity and simplicity + high-tech appliances

exellent facility with gym and swimming pool.

security is great

very near vauxhall tube station and a large bus terminal which will get you to most places in London with many transportation options

also near varieties of supermarkets

design of is mix of modern and traditional

The design is modern yet cosy; the design of the kitchen is well thought through however there could be some more storage space as well as 4 hobs (instead of 2) in the studio apartments as there is plenty of space for them. Property management is independent of the building management and we have only moved in a month ago so only first impressions can be made in this respect. The building management is friendly but they don’t seem to know much about the individual flats therefore property management has to be contacted with concerns about the property.

The area is very well connected however there aren’t many restaurants and bars as it is still a developing area.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I would have liked to know how comfortable the bed was, as this is an important aspect of renting a flat.

What is the best feature of your home:

The wardrobe space, as well as the bathroom and the kitchen. The wooden floors also really bring out the cosiness of the apartment

The design of the common areas is very modern and originals. The building offers facilities such as gym, pool and sauna (currently not running due to coronavirus). Property management could improve their proactivity, sometimes they are not responsive or slow.

There are plenty of restaurant option in the area, as well as shops. The neighbourhood is vibrant.

I would have liked to know about all the constructions around the area, as there is a lot of construction going on

Nothing really, the flat is lovely inside, furniture, etc

Keybridge is an incredible development and property. It’s well situated from a transportation perspective and very easy to get in and out of central London. There are a few supermarket options nearby but not too many great restaurants around.

The development is well maintained and boasts high quality furniture and fittings. The concierge team is excellent and very friendly and accommodating.

Maintenance could be slightly better as it typically takes a while for the team to respond to requests.
The facilities are second to none with a beautiful gym and swimming pool.
Overall highly rate the unit, and will likely continue to live here so long as I’m in London.

Very close to transport links and easy to get into central London. Well situated close to a few parks. Not too many stores and restaurants around.

That the pool wouldn’t be ready for a while. This is no longer an issue as the pool is ready now.

The outdoor space which feels like a private patio.

Amazing concierge; nice, clean style of flats. Once the development is finished, the commercial area will give it the infrastructure it lacks! I must comment on the swimming pool area, which is amazing. Gym needs a bit more redesign which is currently in making!

It is a great area with Vauxhall park just around the corner.

How much the entire construction will take, and if there are delays to be expected.

Some curtains would be amazing to have, as well as ability to change furniture.

Design and overall spec of the apartments is excellent. Property management team are helpful and very quick in updating residents of news/changes/systems not working etc.Only neg I’d say is building works which seem to be taking longer than expected.

There’s a wide range of brunch places, pubs and little restaurants as well as lots of shops like Sainsbury’s and Waitrose within walking distance

Swimming pool and the gym are top notch. Communal area and the stone park are beautiful. Concierge is always friendly and very helpful. Red brick looks very unique and can you always distinguish it from other high rise buildings at Vauxhall.

– high quality apartments
– generally very nice neighbours, recently less students than when I arrived 2y ago

– 17/15 exchange gardens border the social housing block where the courtyard is used as playground and at times as place for adults/children parties (which is not allowed but done anyway). Can be difficult to WFH, cannot have windows open at those times. Has been a bit better with kids back in school
– A2dominion generally slow to respond to anything, very mediocre service at best

– well connected
– more quality restaurants are opening
– exciting to see new things popping up
– obvious downside, not established yet

The apartments here a gorgeous, clean and modern which I love. In terms of the concierge (who are all lovely) they are always super helpful. The only issues come from the landlord who take forever to fix anything. In terms of facilities the gym and pool are great, only issue is coronavirus related in that the steam room and sauna are not yet open.

Not a huge amount going on in Vauxhall and limited options on delivery. However it is super easy to get to anywhere central so in that respect it is ideal.

How the heating works- we can’t get a straightforward answer

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They always say they are looking into it but it’s been a month and we moved in to Find a cracked window in our bedroom

Keybridge is a very modern development in Zone 1 in Vauxhall, with concierge and gym and spa facilities for residents. Apartments are ranging from studios to three-bedrooms. A few minutes away from the Vauxhall Tube station and large Sainsbury’s supermarket. Concierge are very friendly. Property management are quick to fix things in the apartments if necessary.

Very good location, close to the Tube station and the city center. Lots of nearby restaurants, including the ones alongside the river. Keybridge is also very close to the Vauxhall Leisure Center.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Lots of students rent apartments here and they throw parties regularly, so some nights are louder than the others.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Building management responded to all the issues I raised, fixing them if necessary.
