Fresh and new apartments, really enjoying my stay here

Verified Resident

Overall, I could say that keybridge left a very good empession on me. I don’t feel disappointed. The design of the apartment is good, it has all the necessary things like bed, sofa, two tables, a very good equipped kitchen, washing machine, inetrent and heater. However, in my view the design is a little bit simple and it looks kinda “empty”, this could be resolved by adding a carpet, pictures, etc. But personally to me it’s not that important. The building itself is also very good, always clean and maintains a good level of security. Concierge always helps and keeps very professional and nice attitude. The facilities may be a little bit lacking since there is only a gym but I guess this will be resolved when the main building will be opened. The value for the apartment is reasonalble, I plan to extend the contract for another 2 year since I really like this apartment.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is just perfect to me since there is a big bus station in vauxhall that goes pretty much to every corner of London plus there is a railway station. Also near the Keybridge there is a big super marker which is super convenient. However the area lacks good restaurants.

I wish I had known that the heater in apartments can work with even more power. Originally I thought that the heater in apartment works poorly so I bought a seperate heater for £40. Then it turned out that the heater was turned off in my apartment completely. And when it was fixed, everything became fine again.

Good experience, but not as perfect as expected

Verified Resident

Overall the project is a great quality project with very nice finish and a great service. The flat has everything you would need and the quality of the materials used are impressive.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

What I dislike the most is probably the overall noise and sound proof of the flat. We live in the 5th floor, facing the street, but the noise of the street (cars & especially siren from the police and ambulance) is so loud that it is extremely tiring at night.

Also, we would have enjoyed to have more activities around keybridge, such as bars and restaurants to go to.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

We wish we had known the price on the council tax, which we find is a rip off.

Concierge are fantastic. Love the service to have things fixed. Only thing we struggle with is the bell. It’s a nightmare to call for the bell and through 2 doors and then a separate code for the lift.

The building is slick and fantastic. Our flat has been done up beautifully.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

It’s so central it’s the perfect location to commute into central London and to escape out to the suburbs.
The Sainsbury’s being so close is ideal for weekly shops on foot.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Have someone to walk us through the instructions of the flat – heaters/hot water meter/fan etc… as there a bit confusing!

I’ve had multiple issues in my new built apartment and A2Dominion has dealt with them effectively and as expeditiously as possible.

Verified Resident

The architecture and design of the building is without a doubt impressive. Build quality is, so far as I can tell, also up to par. The newest materials of the best quality are clearly being used. I am also happy with the facilities, although the temporary gym is quite small and the swimming pool and sauna are still under construction. Very happy with the concierge as they are always there to be help in the best way they can.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Keybridge’s location is without a doubt amazing: Vauxhall train station and tube station are only 2 minutes away connecting you to prime central London. Places such as Victoria, Hyde Park, St. James Park, Green Park, and Westminster are a mere 25-30 minute walk. Moreover, there is an array of supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities such as a dry cleaner just around the corner.

Well managed property

Verified Resident

Exceptional buildings with a high spec design. Thoughtful public spaces and well managed.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Very convenient and central location. The Nine Elms area is becoming one of the best addresses in central London.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The heating and utilities are incredibly organised but tricky to navigate. Read the manuals thoroughly and ask questions.
