Great but too many students

Verified Resident

The Concierge is nice and helpful. The people in the building too.
I would say it is very high spec. My flat is roomy and modern. The balconies are definetely my favourite part as it gets so sunny. The view is not the best because of the construction, of course.
The gym is not finished yet, but I reckon it will be good when it is done. The same happens with the swimming pool which is still in process, and I don’t think it will be finished at least till the end of the year. Apparently it will benable open half day during winter as well, which is not ideal for people who work till quite late.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The park round the cornee is really nice. Sainsburys is really close what makes it really practical for a big shop. The Indian food restaurant in front the building is great. Transport is easily accessible, and you an even walk to town if you want to. The river is also quite close and walking there is really nice on the weekends. I also like I am close to work, which was probably what influenced my decision to move here the most.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish i had known there were so many students, as it can get a bit noisy, especially on the weekends. We had an issue with some neighbours smoking weed as well, but luckily they are gone. In general it is quite a young crowd.

I love my flat

Verified Resident

The flats are really good sized. Extremely modern as well. The view is not the best because it’s still under construction, but it’s not too bad. The balcony as well is really nice and quite spacious.
In regards to the facilities, they are not finished yet, but the pool and gym should be done soon. The concierge is amazing, very friendly and helpful. The management of the building in general is really good. When the building is finished it will be totally worth it.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There is not that much to do. There are missing coffee shops around the area.
There is a park two minutes away which is very nice. A big sainsburys is also nearby, so it’s great for a big shop.
My favorite thing about the location is probably how easily accessible everything is.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Not really, everything is just as it was advertised.

Excellent

Verified Resident

I totally love the building. The services provided are really good and the management is great. The flats as well are really modern and nice.
The only drawback is of course that building is still in process so it can be a bit noisy at times.
The neighbours are very quiet neighbours and nice. I don’t think pets are allowed.
I specially love the location close to transport and central. The building is also of high security, what gives you an ideal feeling of safety at home.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The transport is easily accessible what is great. There is both the underground and a lot of buses from Vauxhall station. There are a few supermarkets as well around the area, so it’s really convenient. The area also feels very safe, even at night. There’s a very nice park literally round the corner what makes it great for enjoying a day outside, and there is also a gym nearby.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No, it was all exactly as expected. I’m very happy.

Luxury and convenience

Verified Resident

Fairly luxury, located well in the heart of the community with excellent access to everything. Gym on site is a big convenience.

The ongoing construction works are not ideal but are part of the package that was well known and necessary, worth putting up with.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Fairly luxury apartment from construction.located well in community. Gym on site.

Keybridge House teams contemporary, stylish homes with first-class amenities

Keybridge House is brought to us by Mount Anvil and FABRICA by A2 Dominion – a collection of homes spread across six Manhattan-inspired buildings, and encompassing Keybridge House, Keybridge Lofts, Keybridge Point and Keybridge Capital. There are 595 units here, in the heart of edgy Vauxhall, a little way between the River Thames and the area’s namesake park and lavender gardens.

The development offers studios, penthouses and one, two and three-bedroom apartments, set among immaculately tended grounds. Esteemed sculptor, Tom Price, was appointed to give the Keybridge House gardens an artistic flourish.

Whatever the unit floorplan, design-led interiors come as standard, and Keybridge House residents can choose their preferred aesthetic – be it cutting-edge minimalism or luxe warmth. Kitchens are sleek and handle-less and come with built-in Siemens appliances, lighting is LED, and windows stretch from floor-to-ceiling.

Facilities at Keybridge House are state-of-the-art, and include a sleek club lounge, a fully equipped fitness centre and a 15-metre swimming pool paired with sauna and steam rooms. There’s also a handful of cabins set aside for spa treatments. A 24-hour concierge service makes for easy living, as does secure underground parking which can be arranged at an extra cost.

Keybridge House has a prime Zone 1 location, and residents are less than a 10-minute walk from Vauxhall station (for Victorian line and Southwestern Railway services), which means direct connections to the likes of Euston and King’s Cross St Pancras. As for what’s on offer in the local area? Vauxhall has a great choice of clubs and bars and a surprisingly good art scene, not to mention a myriad of restaurants to keep foodies happy.
