The development is so well built compared to some of the others i have seen and trust me, i checked a lot of them before buying this. Rooms are large, mostly rectangular, all the bedrooms have plenty of storage and the car park could give any 5 start car park in Dubai a run for it's money. I do wish the development had a rooftop terrace for residents, like some of the new developments do in nine elms and Battersea power station. Would have been nice if the gym had a view and was bigger, considering the size of the development All things considered, if i had to make the choice today, with the same budget, i would still buy again.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

The area is really well connected with Vauxhall, Nine elms moments away and Victoria and oval still walkable. I do wish there was more restaurants near by but once a few more projects complete in the area, i see that coming pretty soon. The Vauxhall gyratory is a bit meh but the council have a plan to rework that and the entire bus station setup. The concierge team are great and the whole development still looks and feels brand new.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No niggly bits to be honest. Everything works as expected. Wish there was more of a community feel but i suppose less hassle this way. Would be nice to have a residents WhatsApp group etc

What is the best feature of your home:

Space, good layout, good quality solid feel. Air conditiong and floor to ceiling windows

Great opportunity for a good development, however it is not managed well, with YY Management refusing to put any effort into making things better or paying reception staff well enough for the good people to stay. This has resulted in a lot of churn in the reception staff, which makes services like dealing with complaints and handling packages poor

Great location, close to transport (both nine elms station, as well as vauxhall station). Recently a lot of drug addicts in the area, which makes it feel a little less safe. Great community if you have a dog, with a lot of dog owners in the building and in the surrounding area

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Rent will increase every time your contract is up.

What is the best feature of your home:

The large shower, as well as the wooden floors large windows

I will always love Keybridge, its well designed and has thoughtful, well laid out apartments. Large in size, open plan, built to a high standard. Plenty of outdoor space, with seating and greenery. Facilities are good but the gym and pool can get a little busy at peak, being relatively small in size. Lots of cycle storage available with exterior lift access. Building management are always helpful, working 24/7 at the concierge. Using the concierge's printer is a big positive and a life saver. Property management are quick to repair issues but has recently requested/increased the service charge for extra maintenance with reason.

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Great transport link, Vauxhall and Nine Elms stations within 5 mins walk. 24 hour buses and Zipcar available. Can also cycle to the West End within 20mins. Good local supermarkets, including a large Sainsbury's. Gail's bakery on site now with other shops and restaurants due to open soon. Plenty of others bars and restaurants on the river. Feel safe here, even walking home at night. Only negative on the area is noise from the railway but the positives heavily out weight the negatives.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Hot water system can be a little hit and miss, maintenance is underway to solve the issue, hopefully for the foreseeable future. One to keep an eye on.

What is the best feature of your home:

The two double doors, letting plenty of natural light into the apartment.

The design of the development is great, it's modern, but yet traditional. Facilities includes 24 hours operating concierge, gym, pool and sauna, which is very nice and clean. The property management does a good job keeping the exterior of the development neat and fancy.

Large Sainsbury's Store within 5 min. walking, which can fulfil majority of the grocery needs, lot's of small restaurants nearby, including the multi-cultural Food Market recently opening just next to the Vauxhall Station

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Nothing critical, but the concierge will not accept large parcels and deliveries, therefore, if you plan to order or ship large furniture/parcels, especially upon moving in, then need to arrange when you are available to directly pick up

What is the best feature of your home:

The Leisure Facility, lot's of equipment in the gym, as well as sauna and steam room in the pool area.

Management is good and development got plenty of facilities to use. Everything is made nice and easy. The design is great as well all nice and modern and a pleasure to live in. Overall the building look nice from the outside as well, is all new and recently done.

Love the area there is anything you need grocery, gym, pool, sports, pubs park, food market and restaurants

Everything is good nothing to say, they made it very nice and great to live In it
