Design build was very good, multiple gated entrances for ease of use. Plenty bin areas so that dirt and mess does not clog up. Building management did a very good job in ensuring saftey and cleanliness for all residents which is appreciate. The same can be said about the property management, I’ve had a washing mashine replacement, carpet replacement and minor fixes across the flat, which is a pleasure to have.

The flat was well maintained and looked after throughout the whole week. Any damages were fixed very fast. Lifts, barriers, electric doors worked very well throughout my 2 year stay. Lifts and public paths were cleaned and looked nice. The flats look a lot better than any surrounding places and catches your eye.

There is a very very bad fly pest especially during winter due to the reservoir close by, wish the property had something to protect against that.
What is the best feature of your home:
The best feature of the propert is most definitely the bathroom. The water pressure is amazing and all my guests notice it. From the non-splash sink, to the space, colour and size of the bathroom, it’s hard to move anywhere else once you experience the bathroom.
Amazing building a place
The designs of the building and the grass area are lovely and nicely spaced out and lovely being kept after and looked after. There’s a lovely range of flowers with lovely smells with an amazing range of wildlife coming to see the flowers.

I like the fact the building is very secure and not just anyone can enter through the gates.

How to lock the door properly and to work the washing machine and everything else in the flats
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
Shorter calling waiting time if needed help by a member of the a2 team.

Design is ok. Should have a small communal play area for kids. No facility as concierge. Building is well managed in regards to cleaning & repairs. Except the parking space is compromised. Gate and barriers are broken all the time exposing our cars to risk of theft or damage.

The location is excellent! Tesco extra, petrol station, hospital, car garage., all at 2 mins distance.

The apartments are expensive and not spaced enough. Small space vs high rent
What is the best feature of your home:
Location is great. It’s 2 mins away from everyday necessities, like hospital, Tesco, fuel station, car garage, McDonald’s. The bus stops outside are serving Heathtow airports, nearby high street, and many other locations.

Home sweet home
Cleanliness is very well maintained all common areas are tidy. Any issues raised will be sorted as early as possible. Design of my house is awesome and I love everything. Nice place to live and very silent area. Tesco extra is just across the road and saves time for me to go far and shop.

I like pretty much everything here, location is wonderful and it takes just 15 minutes for me to reach office. Train station is close by and many walking trails around.

We missed the reservoir view from my window before coming to this house.

I am happy with everything. I am living here from 4 yrs and so far no worries
Good place to live
Design and structure of flats are pretty good. Commuting is easy and have never had any issues. Property is managed by A2dominion very well and the team is doing very good job. Whenever I had issues they have promptly responded to it. I have had good experience so far.

Neighbours are very good and friendly. We have get together often and really good place to live. I am happy I moved here.

The view from window and I like my kitchen cabinets.
West Plaza, Absolutely Fab
Very modern and well designed buildings, almost impossible to hear the neighbour from any direction, including above.
Beautiful gardens and communal areas, excellent access to waste and recycling disposal. all the gardens and Communal areas are always kept in excellent condition and the hallways and lifts are always spotless. Perfect development to live in.

Very close to Staines Town centre and excellent transport links, very conveniently located next door to a Tesco Extra. Main road next to complex can be very noisy at night but this is only notably when the windows are open.

The development is right next to London Road which can be a very busy road at times and at night people tend to ride motorbikes at incredibly high speeds that are very audible indoors, this can be quite annoying if you have the windows open.
If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:
the flat is very well insulated, to the point we don’t need to use hating in the winter, but this s a double edged sword as the flat gets very hot in the summer.
Great West Plaza
The building is big, beautiful and well positioned. The apartments are bright, well-arranged and modern. Building area is cleaned, there are gardeners. It is safe (you will not get to the building without your own key). Managers are interested in the building and community by sending letters with updates. We have lived here for a year and we are delighted.

The only bad thing is that the apartment is dark because the sun does not get in.

We contact the Agency if necessary, everything is always taken care of.
Good place to live in
Design of all flats are pretty good. Looks very new and clean. Building is managed and maintained really good and haven’t had any problem so far. I love the view from my window. Good ventilation and very spacious flats. A2dominion has been doing good job by maintaining property well.

I pretty much like everything in here as we live close to my friends and family. Local shops and restaurants are close by. Most likely thing is 10 minutes drive to Staines high street. Tesco extra is just across the road and saves lot of time travelling.

The design and structure of all the flats are good. A2dominion manages our property and they have given excellent service for us so far. No complains at all. Good team work 👍

I pretty much like everything around here. Very quiet residents and peaceful environment. All the shops at round the corner and transport is very good.

Keeping neat and tidy due to COVID because many ppl come and go
Nice, clean and safe development to live
good design and management good. Very good cleaning arrangement. Problem with parking and gas meters. Gas meters are locked cabinet and don’t have a key to submit- so a slight wait for the management to get readings for submission. Repairs fast and good management- they respond efficiently to problems reported by residents. It would be nice if there was more than one parking space allocation and we had keys to our meters.

Give us more parking and access to all our meters- otherwise safe and clean development.
Simple and awesome
Felt that a practical approach wasn’t applied for designing the flat. But it matched my need, hence happy. Wish there was common sense applied to setting up radiators in the room and the controls. The bedroom is always freezing while the hall is always “hot”

Comforting and silent . Near to the super store and with harvester and all required facilities in a 2 mile radius.

Keep a check on your parking and the heating in all the rooms. The radiator size is a joke.

Wish there was a maintenance company available. The common area and parking maintenance is pathetic with Avios purely no ownership.
