My 1 bedroom apartment is nice and spacious me and my partner. It is more or less the perfect size for us and accommodates for us to invite s couple friends over. The en suite is nice and modern which is just what we need. The kitchen is also a decent size and has a modern look to it, which makes it really comfortable to work in. As residents, we can benefit from concierge service, residents lounge and roof terrace, which is fantastic. My favourite thing about this development would have to be the rooftop, it is really nice to relax there after a long day at work!

The high street is nearby which gives me each access to shops and essential services. The River Thames nearby also adds to the beautiful scenery. Being less than 2 minutes from East Putney Tube Station also allows for easy commute.

The area can become a bit too lively sometimes. But that’s not always a bad thing.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
There have been sometimes where issues within the household have taken longer than expected to be dealt with. But overall, it has been positive.
