The best modern living in East Putney

The building is beautifully designed and secure. Modern finishings and its kept to a high standard. The communal roof terrace has amazing views of the whole London skyline. The concierge are so helpful, from looking after parcels when you’re away, to helping with issues that arise.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Extremely good transport links with Putney station very close and East Putney station on your doorstep. Multiple bus routes too. Putney High street a few minutes walk away with incredible amount of amenities, shops and cafes.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The building community is actually very strong. One downside is lack of parking, we don’t have a car but now we don’t really have the option.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They’ve listened and communicated well. They tackle issues in a timely manner.

Decent sized morden apartment with amazing services

My 1 bedroom apartment is nice and spacious me and my partner. It is more or less the perfect size for us and accommodates for us to invite s couple friends over. The en suite is nice and modern which is just what we need. The kitchen is also a decent size and has a modern look to it, which makes it really comfortable to work in. As residents, we can benefit from concierge service, residents lounge and roof terrace, which is fantastic. My favourite thing about this development would have to be the rooftop, it is really nice to relax there after a long day at work!

The high street is nearby which gives me each access to shops and essential services. The River Thames nearby also adds to the beautiful scenery. Being less than 2 minutes from East Putney Tube Station also allows for easy commute.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The area can become a bit too lively sometimes. But that’s not always a bad thing.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

There have been sometimes where issues within the household have taken longer than expected to be dealt with. But overall, it has been positive.

Well-designed flats in one of London’s most popular suburbs

Thanks to its location on Putney’s Upper Richmond Road, Carlton House is in one of south-west London’s most popular suburbs. The development is opposite a whole host of independent restaurants and bars, with Putney’s high street and its stores only a little further on. The Thames is a mile’s walk from Carlton House’s front door, and Wandsworth Park and Putney Heath offer other alternatives for outdoor excursions.

Getting into London is easy from here, with Putney rail station and East Putney tube in close proximity. Residents can look forward to quick links into hubs like London Waterloo and Clapham Junction.

Carlton House is built by Fabrica, and it’s a new development of 73 apartments. Amenities are elegant and include a mezzanine lounge and landscaped roof gardens, plus a residents’ concierge (found in the building’s lobby). There’s also a Car Club for drivers.

Carlton House apartments have been finished to an exacting standard, with a slick, minimalist design that maximizes light and space. All are open-plan, with a kitchen with integrated appliances, so home entertaining and socialising is easy. Bathrooms are sleek, and finished with floor-to-ceiling tiles and mirrors. Bedrooms are all big doubles, made to feel even bigger with oversize windows.They also provide ample in-built storage. Balconies are located off the main living area, and come as standard in all units.
