The only downside would be size of the property but a lot of properties in Bath are the same, there are plenty of shops nearby and even a pub across the road if that’s what you enjoy.

The staff are very friendly and always help with any issues I have had, the apartment itself is very stylish and new. The other tenants also seem very nice, they regular tenant gatherings are also cool

great access to large car park for residents tesco just across the road and train station within close proximity

very modern new build with amazing bath and large kitchen area/living room allowing pets. maintance on site which is really handy and a lovely balcony looking over the river. reception team couldn’t be nicer or do enough for us absolutely 10/10 service

that we had a balconay which was a great bonus when moving in

Everything is quite conveniently located and has great supermarkets all around the place like M&S, Tesco, Lidl

The apartment is very well designed and has great furniture I quite like the areas where dogs can run around and play as I have got two dogs. The building also has a small gym that’s included for all residents as well as a bike storage and a parcel room

Get an apartment with a balcony it makes a ton of difference

Both in town, and on moorland road local lovely shops and restaurants are not hard to come by ! There is plenty of choice, and it is a lovely area to live.

The team at the flats are great ! Very quick to reply to any queries, the flats are very clean and all aspects have exceeded my expectations. The flat gym is amazing, the lifts and shared spaces are always clean and tidy. The bun store is emptied regularly.

You cannot hear any traffic noise from the flats !

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

We have had no issues at all ! However the team are prompt to reply to any emails, for example parking when adding a guest to the system.
