Positives is it’s a nice place to live, no trouble not much traffic good parking and close to Selby train station. Bad aspects is there aren’t many good food places nearby

Please review your development:

Miller homes design and building management is fantastic, the homes are built really well and we have never had a problem with the house in nearly the 5 years us being here. The designs of the houses are great and everything you need in a house. Would recommend miller homes

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I knew what I wanted from my house, for example a garage or downstairs storage cupboard

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They responded to our issues quickly when we flagged snags within the house

Good place to live, no real anti social behaviour, quite street, parking isn’t so great but manageable

Please review your development:

The design of the houses are really nice. The houses themselves have some flaws, drainage and patio doors have been mine and odd vits here and there. Gardens are quite small too but overall they are lovely houses. I find mine to be really warm and dont often need heating on

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

There isn’t anything I wished I had if known if I’m honest

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes although they definitely take there time addressing things

Far from the worst case scenario but not fulfilled my original 5 star rating on moving in.

The area the estate is in is brilliant. Unfortunately due to residents being moved in there is increasing antisocial behaviour. Currently there is no communal spaces or park open on the estate.

Please review your development:

Property Management is a massive down fall. The charges start immediately yet no management happening. When contested there is a bailiff threats so I have had 2 years of paying for a none existent park and estate management which isn’t applicable to the site.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

To complain more. Customer service is not proactive.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

None existent
Most issues have not been dealt with and easier to repair myself then chase
Garden still soaking
Gullies still full

Local area is beautiful, so close to the motorway and yet you wouldn’t think it! There’s lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area
Parking in the local town is difficult in the Main Street but there’s a donation car park nearby with lots of space

Please review your development:

Houses are well designed and the site is too. There have been some issues with site management that took some time to resolve not going to lie
Silly little jobs that get overlooked and forgotten about. It also has taken them AGES and still waiting to get the tarmac down
The other annoying thing for us is the road sign is cable tied to our fence

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

If the A1 closes at the junction the town gets extremely busy with diverted traffic queuing the whole way through

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

It took them a long time as they were swapping job roles around and communicating was an issue
