Living in my area offers a delightful variety of good quality shops and food places. The local bars add a vibrant nightlife scene, and there are plentiful green spaces for relaxation and leisure. Please review your development:

The development in which I reside is an example of modern living, distinguished by its beautiful architectural design and thoughtful layout which maximizes both space and natural light. The building management team is commendable for their professionalism and efficiency, consistently ensuring that all elements of the development are running smoothly. Property management is equally impressive, responsive and proactive in addressing any concerns that arise, making daily life here worry-free. Overall, this development offers a blend of luxury, comfort, and community, making it an outstanding place to call home.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

One thing I wish I had known before moving in is the efficiency and responsiveness of the property management team. During the typical viewing process, the focus is often on the physical aspects of the property and not the management operations. Discovering the proactive approach of the management team in handling maintenance issues and their open communication was a pleasant surprise. This has greatly enhanced my living experience as issues are resolved quickly and efficiently, making day-to-day life much smoother. For new neighbors, I’d recommend engaging with the management team early on to understand all the services they offer and how best to communicate with them. This can make a significant difference in how quickly you settle in and how well you manage your new home.

What is the best feature of your home:

The best feature of my home is undoubtedly the garden. It offers a spacious and serene retreat, beautifully landscaped. It’s the perfect spot for relaxation, outdoor dining, and entertaining guests in the nice weather

There is a good pub and chip shop 5 minutes away in your car or 15 if walking and a local Asda at the same place. Also parking is good as there is space for 2 cars on each drive and bin collections are every week so no problems there. While we’ve been here there has been no trouble with anti social behaviour or traffic noise.

Please review your development:

The design of the house is amazing. No problem with any building management and if you need anything sorting out it is available straight away which is very convenient. The house was it brilliant condition when we moved in no cracks or other issues. Brilliant property.
