Not as good as expected
The design of the site is fairly good with some open spaces and a play area for children. It is a little early to comment fully on the building and property management but they do seem a little slow in cutting the grass and keeping the open spaces tidy.
Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:
There are shops and a post office in Tiddington as well as restaurants and a local pub. Also it is only about 1.5 miles to the town centre. There is a reasonably regular bus service to and from Stratford. There are no problems with parking, bin collections or anti-social behaviour, but we do get irritating noise from motor bikes going to and from the social housing
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
The total number of social housing on the combined development. The poor quality of the customer care has been a big disappointment. Difficulties in getting the landscaping completed and also the poor maintenance by the management company
What is the best feature of your home:
The design and specification of the house is very good but, the build quality is poor.
