The development overall is a nice design and spacious however my main issue is with the amount of poor work quality done. For inatance multiple residents of our block have had to do many different repairs for inadequete work. The builders had done a cheap job of some parts of the house and have resulted in needing numerous repairs including a bent door.
The building is nice and the surrounding area has a lovely view however the area can be somewhat far from peace at times.
Before i moved in i wish i had known a little bit more about the surrounding area.
The best feature of my home has got to be the space it has.
The design is presented well, some aspects could have been thought and considered further. For example, the balcony is only half sheltered by the above balcony – posing a risk anything is dropped by the above properties. Windows do not open very much / making it not fit for purpose and difficult to clean.
In a fairly desirable location, with plenty of transport links, giving you quick access to central London etc, making a good place to work and live as there’s always plenty to do. However, the location of the property faces challenges with lack of parking and anti-social behaviour. There is a lack of green spaces/ nicer spaces to walk with poor lighting.
It’s London, so have to take the good with the bad. The location is good for work and having quick access to lots of places, so there’s always things to do. The Main Street it’s located on is unfortunately a hot spot of anti-social behaviour and ‘low crime’ so can make the area feel unsafe. There is good security on the property which is reassuring but would like to see more being done about the situation.
High security system, spacious kitchen / living spaces and storage. Decent balcony space.
