Pretty good first house!

Very responsive and helpful. I like that they have created an app through which we can raise our requests. In addition to that, I can clearly see how well the building is managed especially the cleaning crew who do a spectacular job! Kudos to everyone

New Modern Smart Flats in the Heart of the City Center

The best part of living in Gravity is the modern design of the flats, the smart appliances and how new and convenient everything is. Amazing natural lighting and ventilation. Building management is very friendly and responds to issues quickly. The only downside is the lack of parking, its very difficult to find permanent parking around the area.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location in the city center is amazing, all the shops and groceries are nearby as well as the train station. London Paddington is only 25 mins away. Lots of pubs and restaurants nearby. The only downside is the traffic noise and the lack of parking.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

No parking, having a lot or place to park in would make the experience better.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They have a platform in which you can report any issues as well as an app. They respond quickly.

Good transport links

They are quick to resolve maintenance issues but there have been a lot of them within the short period of time I’ve spent living here. Issues with heating (none for a weekend), electricity (lighting, microwave).

Room will only work for tall people. I cannot reach/comfortably use most things, because they’re too high up.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Loads of shops right on your doorstep, very close to the train station and many bus stops. Antisocial behaviour in the area is quite high – I don’t feel safe coming home if I use the main entrance. Lots of parking in the garage below the building.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

You will be able to hear your neighbours making noise, even when they’re just talking

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Yes, they respond to messages quickly on the app or when you use their online form.

Too much rent for what we get

I think that the building is very modern, and generally clean. However i do think that the rooms are too small considering the price of rent (which is way too high) I also think the locking out policy is too much money. When i first moved in the room hadn’t been cleaned propely either. Also problems with heating

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location is good for shops however the noise of the airplanes is too loud at night and sirens from police

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

the noise issue, and the rent is too high for the tiny room we get. We need bigger kitchens

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

they responded quickly to some faults when i first moved in, however when i raised an issue with my heating, the case was closed without anyone even coming to see me
