Gravity Co-Living West Court is located in West London - just a short 5 minute walk to Hounslow Central tube station. The the property boasts 97 cleverly designed, fully furnished en-suite studios, each containing a double or king size ottoman bed, lots of hidden storage space, a small dining table with chairs and a compact kitchenette, complete with sink, fridge, convection hobs and microwave. On the ground floor, all Gravity residents (we call them members) have access to a communal lounge / co-working space, complete with a large flat screen TV, comfortable seating area, free pool table, co-working tables with ample power sockets and a newly fitted communal kitchen, complete with complimentary coffee. As the property is located at the end of a high street, members can benefit from a range of amenities within close proximity, including restaurants, bars, gyms and high street shops. As a Gravity member, you’ll also have access to our app which will give you access to lots of discounts (among other things) and as we’re big on community at Gravity, you’ll also be invited to weekly events – whether it’s morning coffee sessions, professional workshops, fitness classes or weekend parties.

Very nice finishes and very cozy. It's well-designed and functional for modern living. The coworking space is great for those who work from home, and we get free coffee! The design is very nice with built-in furniture in every single unit. The air conditioning and heater works very well, and all the utilities and internet are included in the rent.

The shower room is terrible! The drain gets stuck easily and water almost always comes up from the drain even though we clean up it very often. Therefore we use the shower only for a few minutes! When we run water in the kitchen, in the shower room water comes up. It’s really dirty and sanitation wise it’s really terrible. I can’t stand it.

To help any member who experienced this, we created an easy-to-follow video that details how to clean drains to prevent water from rising. Regular cleaning of this does remain the responsibility of the tenant, however we are always around in help in any way that we can. I think that the building is very modern, and generally clean. However i do think that the rooms are too small considering the price of rent (which is way too high) I also think the locking out policy is too much money. When i first moved in the room hadn’t been cleaned propely either. Also problems with heating

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. At this property, we do have three different studio sizes that range from rather cosy to incredibly spacious. We know some studios are smaller than others, but hopefully you were shown a few options when you moved in with us so you were able to see the difference in sizes. With regards to our rates, we do look at rates for similar apartments in the same and close by locations to remain competitive. As well as your rent, all you utility bills are included in your monthly payment as well as 24/7 access to our communal/work from home space where we also host events for all our members that is covered by us. Don't forget, we also secure you discounts to some great brands (all can be seen on the app) :-) With regards to our out of hours lockout policy, as we need to use external support for this, and therefore do need to pass this cost back to our members as it's something we need to pay for. We encourage our members to keep their access fob on them at all times when leaving their unit. We give each member a handy lanyard so they have somewhere to clip their fobs. Apologies for the room not being cleaned as expected when you moved in with us! Hopefully you reported this to us via our app, and our operations team would have swiftly arranged for a cleaner to come. With regards to your heating ticket being closed before completion, this may have been a technical fault on our end. Hopefully a Operations team were made aware of this and a new ticket was created via our mobile app. If there is anything that has been missed off, please do let us know by contacting our Operations team, and we'll come back to you as soon as possible. Design is very cosy. Can barely hear neighbours, only when they are going to and from their rooms. Underfloor heating is great for the winter season. Lounge area is perfect for sitting with fellow residents and for the social events. Gives a good homely feeling.

They are quick to resolve maintenance issues but there have been a lot of them within the short period of time I've spent living here. Issues with heating (none for a weekend), electricity (lighting, microwave). Room will only work for tall people. I cannot reach/comfortably use most things, because they're too high up.

Our studios do differ in terms of layout so if you did ever want to move studio, you could always contact our sales team to see what options are free for you. We know that outside the property can get busy at times and if you do not want to use the main entrance for any reason, we also have another secure entrance at the back on the building.
