Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:
The location is close to lots i’ve transport links and very close to Heathrow Airport, which is very good for any travellers. Additionally, it’s very easy to just get in general to central London, which I think is an amazing aspect to this area as well. Additionally, the High Street is seconds away from the property which allows you to get to any single shop that you need to - and grab all the essentials within seconds. Also up the road for social aspects there’s a club a pub and everything else that you should need to enjoy.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
i’ve only ever had a few issues with my Flat since I moved in things like the fire alarm - however this was very easily addressed and very quickly addressed which I think is an amazing thing that the property offers.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish one thing I knew about the area whether the area was a safe environment outside of the property. Within my first week I could see from my window and a police officer getting assaulted which I think personally is not the best welcome to the area however this is common to happen in quite a lot of areas around the world anyways so I’m not too fussed.

The property is ideally located, offering convenient access to a wide range of local amenities, including various shops, restaurants, and services. Its central position ensures that you're never far from essential conveniences, making it an excellent choice for those seeking both comfort and accessibility. Whether you're looking for grocery stores, cafes, or public transport links, everything is within easy reach, allowing for a lifestyle of convenience and ease.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
The building management respond to any issues raised within 2-3 working days, however, it takes them a significant period of time to fix those issues. In my case, two-months.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Had I known the nightmare awaiting me, I’d never have signed that lease. From a chaotic move-in with the wrong key code, endless maintenance delays, and unreliable access systems to atrocious customer service that’s cold and unresponsive — it’s been a disaster from day one. If I knew their management was this incompetent, I’d have walked away without hesitation.

There is no parking near the building. So if you brought your luggage in a car or van like I did, you are screwed. Management will not help you with this. I had the moving van park outside Poundland on the opposite side of the street and had to cross two roads moving my luggage bit by bit. Lucky my family was there to help me.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
They demanded a cancellation and cleaning fee. They told me to write to three different email addresses and passed me around different people. They ignored my emails and only wanted to bill me for more money. Their sense of community is non existent.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I wish I had viewed the property in person and not have relied on their inaccurate video appointment.

Good: greats amounts of shops - food or grocery shopping or anything, it’s out there. Great travel connections too! Bad: sometimes there’s drunk people near by, especially from late evening and night. Other than this, I do not find it as a problem.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
Yes, they have been very very responsible and follows up very well and all of my issues have been resolved instantly! Very happy with this.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
Cannot really think of something now. Maybe I wish I could see my room in person before I moved in, that would have been perfect!

Great location in the centre of town. Right on the high street with an Asda being a 10 minute walk away and the tube a 5 minute. Sometimes can be noisy but otherwise ideal.
How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:
I have not personally reported any issues or problems. However there is a weekly newsletter that reports on any concerns made.
Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:
I think the property is nice and has most of the things that you need. I think without an oven, it is important to think ahead regarding any additional appliances you’ll need and meals to cook.
