There is a wide variety of restaurants and local shops I would consider this to be a very cultured area

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Very well any issues or concerns we had during the process where dealt with

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

I wish I new what a lovely park is in this area with a wide variety of activities

There is a lot of drug addict in the area and sometimes they come on our property to use. Finsbury park is dodgy at night

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They tend to not believe us and are not great at communicating which force to send many emails.

The community is good but the management is not and it keeps getting worse.

The local area is dangerous and unfortunately the crime rate seem to be very high. There are quite a lot of homeless people on the same road as Gravity, unfortunately.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

They barely reply to our complains, and gaslight us by saying that we are wrong and there is no issues.... when we literally have pictures and videos to prove it. Appalling, honestly

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That even though (some of) the people living there are great, it can not make up for issues with heating, hot water, washing machines and lack of safety due to broken locks that don't get fixed for months

Please tell us about the good and bad aspects of living in your local area:

Please don’t move here, the management of this place is appalling and they lie to your face . We’ve been left without heating and hot water countless times, what they say they include in the contract they don’t, our complaints have no effect. It’s so so expensive and just not worth it. Don’t do it. Don’t move in or you will be tied to a contract you can’t cancel.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Barely reply to our emails and phone calls, have lied to tenants and we all found that and the emergency number we’re supposed to use almost never gets answered.

That I should have not moved in because this is the worse managed place I’ve ever lived in.

It’s very conveniently located within a short walk to tube station and thameslink. There are a lot of grocery shops around and, of course, Finsbury park is right there and it is just perfect for that morning jog

Any issues raised to the management were addressed right away

I do not have any insights. Everything in the property was exactly as described and presented by the management
