A beautiful place to live

Duet is a beautiful, modern building that is both aesthetically pleasing and really homely. There is plenty of space across the building to relax/meet with friends outside of your apartment. The facilities are brilliant and are all well worth the money. Surprise treats every so often really make the building feel homely. The staff are always on hand to help you out with anything and always have a cherry disposition.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

Duet is directly opposite both a tram & bus stop with great links to Manchester/other areas. It is a short walk to Media City which has a brilliant range of bars and restaurants. It is a great area to go for walks in. The area always feels safe and is perfectly quiet during the day and and night.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

The staff really are brilliant and such a warm presence in the building, the communication is super simple when you have any sort of issue.

What is the best feature of your home:

The huge amounts of space/facilities available across the building for all needs

Trilogy Finest

To me, the biggest positive is the facilities the Trilogy offers and lovely reception staff, especially Funmi! She has gone above and beyond and it’s always a pleasure to talk to her. Kind soul with a great attitude. I also have to mention Jill & Hannah as they were great when sorting our tenancy out at the beginning. Hind has also been super positive and pleasant to talk to. Overall, the staff here is what makes this place unique. Also, gym and all the cute little events are also a huge plus!

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

There’s plenty of things around- such as bar, Tesco, Coop, Morrisons or some takeaways. I use the tram everyday so having Cornbrook station this close is a huge positive. There’s no noise from the street and location wise it’s close to the city centre, meaning all taxis on a night out are cheap! I don’t have a car so do not know about parking availability etc.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

That the rooms do not have a lock. Just so I can lock my own room when I do not want to be disturbed by my flat mates. I feel like that’s the only thing I miss in here. However, the building is very secure.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Honestly any issues were always resolved within a day. However, there usually are not any issues to raise anyway.

Already feels like home!

We initially fell in love with the Vox building when viewing because of the amazing design and open-plan layout of the flats. Our flat is really modern with fully integrated appliances which is fantastic. As two friends living together, we loved that the rooms were all white allowing you to add your own colours and put your own stamp on the place. The apartment itself is really well finished and really does feel like home. One thing that really makes Vox stand out is the facilities, including the residents lounge, concierge, and my favourite, the rooftop gym, all of which are really well maintained and cleaned regularly. Aside from the actual building, the team at Vox have been fantastic, and it is always lovely to see a familiar face when going past reception.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

The location of Vox is perfect for me as I work in the city centre. The Cornbrook tramstop is just next to the building and trams run into the city centre from there every couple of minutes. The building is also very handy in that there is a small Co-op located at the bottom, which is perfect for grabbing anything you forget in the shopping or for when you run out of wine!

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Some measurements based on the flat would have been super handy, however the team were really helpful in allowing me to come to a second viewing where I took some measurements of shelves etc to make sure storage items would fit!

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Since our apartment was brand new there really isn’t much to complain about!

I would highly recommend the Lark to any future tenant nant

We love the design of the building and it has fantastic facilities, a cinema, gym, working area. The team are very friendly and Raminta is always so so helpful and a friendly face to greet you everyday. The garden is a beautiful space to escape and provides a getaway whilst in the city. The lark put on a variety of social activities for tenants which we also thoroughly enjoy.

Please tell us what you like and dislike about this area:

I live with my girlfriend and we have absolutely fallen in love with the area, it has a nearby tube station with great rail links and is walking distance from Battersea power station. Living on moat street feels very safe and is normally quiet. There’s a lot of local shops for shopping and grocery shopping. Would highly recommend.

Please share one thing (or more) which you wish you had known before you moved in:

Make sure to keep an eye out for the lark social events and gym classes they out on as we now love them but didn’t know about them when we first moved in.

Always responded very quickly and been very helpful in their responses

Highly recommend The Trilogy if you’re looking for peace, comfort, care and coziness.

The building itself, has SO many perks. The building has 3 blocks, A, B and C with a large parking area, reception and gym. The Reception is well equipped and you can work from your laptop and enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from the machine. All treats found in the area are free of charge. In the same block you will also find a mailbox and parcel storage (for your deliveries). There is also a a nicely equipped gym which you can use 24/7 to come and train whenever you wish.

A special place for this review must be given to the staff here. A bunch of absolutely lovely and helpful people. At any time of the day they are here to help you. They treat everyone with extra attention and a wide smile.

It has almost been 3 months since living here and i have not had a single issue in this building. I absolutely adore everything about it – the area, staff, transport links. Another thing which has been so important to me is the number of dogs you can meet daily here!!
I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for peace comfort, care and coziness.

The building is perfectly located next to Cornbrook tram stop and has good access to buses that to to city center and The Trafford center. 5 minuets away, there’s a canal where you can witness plenty of running people and a great variety of dogs on the walk. Two small convenience stores are only within a 2 minuet walk from the building. Over all the area is pretty much peaceful, as the busy road runs down the other side of the building. If you take the road down the side of the canal in the direction of Deansgate you will find pubs, cafes, near me and places with plenty of music, tasty coffee and beautiful views.

nothing the building has exceeded my expectations

no issues, if there have been very small questions they have responded promptly
