The team are the heart of Duet – they really work tirelessly to make everyone feel part of the Duet community and are willing to help with any enquiry . The vibe and atmosphere is really welcoming and inclusive and I really feel a part of and truly at home in a very short space of time. The design is stunning and amenities all lend to a truly innovative and inspiring space that evokes an emotion of safety, comfort and luxury without being cold or intimidating. I applaud the team for their passion and enthusiasm and attention to detail – Duet is a genuine original in this sector and I am sure it will continue to grow and evolve and thrive – I love living here

Great location, stunning views, great transport links – lovely shops cinema and restaurant

The bed is king size – I was pleasantly surprised but don’t forget to buy bedding that fits – school boy error on my part

The heaters could be more powerful -really difficult to heat the room properly

The location and design of this building is fantastic. The building team are lovely and invested in everyone’s wellbeing there and the facilities are great. Unfortunately a lot of us have experienced problems with heating and consequently extreme electricity bills. The only other downside in my opinion is the furniture in the apartment could have been better thought out. The style is fab bu the smaller two and one beds seem to have bigger furniture compared to a bigger two bed flat which doesn’t make much sense and although the building isn’t fully occupied there is no flexibility to move around. There could also be more parking.

The location is great. Not directly in the city chaos but enough around to feel like a lively neighbourhood.

The heating.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

Unfortunately there have been a number of issues with heating. The flats do not warm up completely yet bills have been sky high (more than a months rent) for just 2 months of electricity. We moved in in January and it still hasn’t been resolved.

Overall design of the building is very good, nice open reception area with excellent guest seating area and well equipped gym.
The undercover car park is well worth the money.
Having 3 lifts is very useful, and the rooftop terrace is just what you need to give your pet some exercise if the weather is doubtful and will be a get place to sit and chill when the sun comes out.
Love having the 24 hour concierge makes the building really secure and great for receiving packages etc.
The property management team are brilliant and they have organised some excellent get to know your neighbour events and long may it continue.

Great location for transport links, leisure facilities are very good with numerous restaurants and bars within walking distance. Safe location for taking a walk. Being near Old Trafford is a billy bonus.

Equipment for assisting you in moving your stuff into the apartment would be useful.

If there is one thing you would change about your flat or property what would it be:

The quality of some of the furniture could be better.

After viewing lots of apartments in the area this was the best development by far with great views of the quays waterfront and good size bedrooms with ample storage and good kitchen facilities.
The communal areas are 5 star standard with a good gym and roof terrace and supported by a great onsite team who complete the experience with lots of hosted social activities to make everyone welcome, 😊

Great location with fabulous tram and bus links and just off the M602 if commuting out of Manchester.
Also, lots of dog friendly bars and restaurants.

Shopping at the Lowry outlet including cinemas and theatre.

In terms of the management, the team are very helpful and friendly, always present and attentive to everyone. You can get the assistance you look for right away most of the time.

In terms of the facilites, all the equipment are new and are in good condition with many items you can find in the gym that are very helpful. In addition to that, there are many events and training session that are held in a frequent manner.

The design is top notch and very convenient. I consider it to be luxury and top class.

Sainsbury is only 3 minutes away, Lowry outlet (including a food court) and a lot of restaurants such as Wagamama, alchemist are in a walking distance – around 5 minutes.

Free coffee, a lot of games, elegant meeting room with perfect terrace.

How has the building management responded to any problems or issues you have raised:

I got two problem since I’ve come to the building, and fortunately it took less than a day to resolve both of them, thanks to the team.

I can’t fault our apartment or the building as a whole. For everything to be brand new, in a great location AND dog friendly, it ticks all our boxes. Having a gym, lounge, garden and secure bike lock up as well, these are all added bonuses that we couldn’t find for a comprable price. The location is spot on as well.

love being on the waterside, great for walking the dog. Lots of shops and restraunts within walking distance, and the tram stop is right outside.

perhaps an explanation of the heating and HVAC system should be made available. It’s a new type of system and I had to research how to use it most efficiently.

What is the best feature of your home:

all the applicances being brand new, and having a top spec heating system

Beautiful new development, very well designed, with extremely modern facilities. Parcel lockers, gym, and secure bike storage are particularly useful. Flats have excellent fittings and lovely views over the canals. All building staff are extremely friendly and welcoming.

Very cool apartment, stylish and modern, new and great views. Great social area and small but nearly all you wish for gym. The team is awesome they put in so much love and care for people, it’s not just work for them, but they overachieve in every way to take care and fulfil residents’ wishes. Also it’s pet friendly apartments. They organise lots of social events and get togethers so you’re never on your own if you ever feel lonely,
The only disadvantages are the electrical appliances in the apartments. Cheap electric panel heaters that are very expensive to run, also they don’t seem to work properly. should definitely have gone for better heating systems that are cheaper to run, other appliances are also rather the budget version of fridge, washing machine etc. which is a pity for what you pay and how good the overall building looks and how much care the team takes of the residents.

metro 3mins away from the building, bus stop and Sainsbury’s express in 2 mins and supermarkets within 15-20 mins, lots of restaurants in the area

How easy things were to deal with because I didn’t expect it to be that easy.but also how expensive and not so well working the heating is, because that adds extra cost on that is more than what I expected

Electric appliances – buy better electric appliances, ones that are cheaper to run and really do the heating job

Great design of the building, great views over Salford, Manchester and beyond, good social events at least twice a week, including wine tasting, social Friday drinks and a PT in the gym.. very good safety aspects such as fire curtains and fire lifts..

Fantastic, amazing experience and it’s a great environment to stay at. Think the staff is great and very helpful with things around the area, very informative about transport and shops to go to when you need essentials around in your flat.

Everything is great I think the conference room could be turned to a cinema room otherwise I like the events that you guys host and I think the staff I really friendly. Wish parking was accessible to visitors.
